Lousy service. We went through a situation we had never experienced! an “auditor” PUSHY extremely rude since we scored our only question was if we could tell if there were more channels on the TV and it was a rude to the fullest extent of the word from the low call my dad to find someone that we could resolve the doubt and I was alone, and again it was a way rudeness to amenazandonos to call the police for disturbing public order by to tell you that was not correct your posture and attention to the client thing that you as a guest and we only ask for attention and in an appropriate way, not like his posture had never had a situation like this! it is not possible this kind of situations just to ask if there were channels If we decided to stay here it was because of the location where we are going but what a terrible situation!

The parking spot is a total disgust their customers' cars are worth pure mother is worth the location outside full of teporochos and marijuana but it. Worse is to bring you all your luggage carrying around each block to get to the hotel for travelers by car.

Nice and comfortable rooms, cleanliness, presentation and friendly treatment And it is in the center!
I'd come back and come back.

Es un hotel sencillo, pero muy céntrico en la Ciudad de México. Cuenta con lo indispensable para descansar, sin lujos ni pretenciones, pero eso sí cálido, limpió y agradable.

Good Value for money Excellent location, close to fine arts, Piazza Garibaldi, Metro, the Metrobus that takes you to the airport leaves you right outside the hotel. Room Service until 11 pm.

Excellent location. Small room but excellent for rest. Hot water, TV and cleaning service. Can improve the service attitude in reception, and hire more staff for the restaurant.

The location is great, right next to the Belle Arts metro station. The staff are super friendly. However, they keep forgetting that we are 4 in the room, so the room is only stocked with two sets of towels, two sets of amenities, two glasses, etc. At first, we asked for extra, but after the first couple times, it becomes a hassle to do this every day over a long stay.

It is very good hotel and with good facilities. The detail is that some of its reception staff attended US rudely, adding that at the time of making my reservation and confirm the cost I did not respect the price, on the contrary I had to pay extra for being "holiday season" from which I never get infor Mo.

Price is right, staff are very friendly, location is great. It’s minor setbacks are that it is quite noisy if your room overlooks the street (bring earplugs), there is no A/C (overhead fan instead) and the restaurant can be easily overwhelmed. However, this is still an excellent choice for the budget traveler.

Good location! Our room (507) had a leakage so we had tu put the trash can below the sink, for it to stop leaking all over the floor. The showerhead only had one steam of water. Washing my hair took a long time with so little amount of water. Breakfast is really good and the lady was very friendly. Good hotel for the price we paid.

Everything is fine. It's simple but for one night you don't need any more. The food in the restaurant is very rich.

The truth is their policies are the worst, they ask for quiet after 12 but the sisterna is heard throughout the hotel at 4 am, work on the building at 5am and knock on the door to the middle of the night, the staff have no complaint because we know that you follow orders, only their policies are disastrous without relationship.

The hotel is situated close to the Bellas artes palace and other buildings from the colonial times. Convenient line 4 metrobus directly from airport stops in front of hotel. The downside is people living in the square and some streets 200m around the hotel so you do not feel safe to walk in and out at night.

It is very well located, two blocks from fine arts and one of Garibaldi. The hotel is simple, clean and economical. Ideal for those who just want a good place to bathe and sleep.

The place has been renovated, very comfortable and excellent location. But what I did not like was the attention of the staff who did not want to respect my reservations, for a mistake of their own employees.

Las habitaciones son modestas, cuentan con lo indispensable, sin embargo, la ubicación es sin igual, cerca de todo lo necesario en una ubicación segura.

La todo resultó muy bueno en relacion con el precio. Hubo todas las facilidades que promocionaron. El restaurante del hotel tiene un menu variado y los precios son muy razonables. El check-out fue muy sencillo. El hotel esta ubicado muy cerca de atracciones turisticas las cuales puedes ir caminando. No me gusto que mis tarjetas obviamente son internacionales (pues soy turista) y no podian procesar el pago si no era con una tarjeta valida. Tuve que cambiar las tarjetas hasta que me aceptaron una.

When I visited it was in remodeling, the WiFI service is lousy, the kitchen is rich and they serve you well. The surroundings are a little dirty, but I felt safe.

-Excellent location, Central, close to Metro, fine Arts, Zocalo, Piazza Garibaldi, White theatre, etc.
-The cleanliness, although it shows the natural wear in some areas, especially in the bathroom, the rooms and the bathroom are impeccably clean, congratulations.
-Comfort, very comfortable bed and pillows, clean bathroom with immediate hot water and excellent water pressure, cable TV and decent speed Wi-Fi.

-The Price, the price is just for what is offered.
 -The surroundings of the hotel may feel a little unsafe given that there are usually indigent people, however the police presence is constant patrolling and the indigent do not pay attention to the tourists.
-Wear, you notice the wear in certain areas of the bathroom such as showerhead, sink and certain rusted metal finishes, I would recommend a little maintenance.
I would definitely recommend this place and would not hesitate to stay here again.

A rather cozy and nice place, corresponds very well in terms of quality and price, the Lady of the reception super friendly, the rooms are small but well conditioned, it is worth staying there as the center of the city is only a few steps and Eym Or the location is pretty safe and quiet, very highly recommended, I hope to return soon.

I found this place in an excelent price-comfort ratio. Very well located from Alameda and Zocalo. Not having the TV remote control fix could be a better deal.

The hotel is very nice and clean for being so inexpensive, the staff was very friendly. We loved our stay there.

For the price it was a great experience. Stayed 2 weeks. For a $200 peso deposit you can rent a room safe. Room service does a good job cleaning every day. The hotel restaurant was good price for pretty good food (I stuck with the Mexican dishes) and the restaurant staff is very friendly (I talked to them in Spanish, I think they know English but I can't vouch for that). The room was a little warm, but ok with the window open and fan on. Also a little noisy and some nights the pillows were a little hard, but we got used to it. We just wanted a clean, safe, affordable place to stay and hotel Diligencias met all of that for a great price. If you need lots of amenities and everything to be super nice, you might be looking in the wrong price range. But great place to stay if you just want a clean place to sleep. I'd give five stars because of the great value for the price, except for the experiences getting clothes washed. There is a lavanderia in the courtyard right next to the hotel. I didn't really have the best experience with them but they did get my clothes clean, which was important to have close for a longer stay. You can drop off your clothes and they will leave them at the hotel front desk. The first time they did (clothes were wrinkly though), but the second time they never dropped them off and so I had to go for them. I also think they gave me a higher price for being a foreigner. The courtyard by the lavanderia also sometimes is full of people smoking marijuana.

Staff is eficient and they are kind, rooms are a little small, but I can tell the bill is fair compairing with the service. It is not expensive.

The facilities are OK, but I had to leave my suitcase in storing luggage and check it in my room, they had taken me 500 pesos (which were hidden) my suitcase and bag where it was, all revolt. When I went to complain me, it refused and even I wanted to offer a diaculpa. The reception Lady is very grosea, the night shift guy is super friendly.

We've enjoyed staying in this hotel for one night. The room was clean, the bed was big, the price was good. Restaurant food was tasty and cheap. Staff was friendly and helpful. The main problem was amount of noice in the night — we couldn't close the window.

I was a week and a half very attentive to all of the hotel, the breakfast and meals are delicious and very central, I recommend it 100%.

The worst place with lousy service the surrounding streets are very dangerous in the hotel there is no elevator and the cards are desprograman daily their health services are deficient cheap $470 per night I don't think.

It has the 3 B good, nice and cheap. Excellent location if you need it to sleep and be in the city during the day. Clean. The only bad is the food. It is cheap but mediocre. The others completely recommendable and very economic.

Am currently hosted here, the truth expected less, viejito but clean, newly painted, rooms small but comfortable, not is let carry by the price that is quite low in comparison with others of its category, location excellent to measuring block of metro fine arts.
