It is clean but you can hear everything even when you are thrown in the bathroom to 3 rooms plus the water stays in the shower, if you bathed 3 people the 3rd bathalmost swimin the filth of others.

"zero" stars, lousy hotel and its attentions and staff without any training, without work logist and any professionalism, poor to see its facilities and dirty. A place without any protection for the guest, its staff and RH RATEROS WITH THE NOMINAS OF EMPLOYEES "ANTONIO JUAREZ"" RH.

At night in the restaurant, no one to attend you… And they just say… There's only the cashier, an apology… With that, they do not solve anything… PESIMO.

The staff is very apathetic, and the overall image of the hotel and its rooms makes cer old and some modern, the majority of the times you see and feel an atmosphere gloomy and lonely. We add to this the lack of variety of food and drinks offered by the restaurant. Not recommended for a stay of more than 3 nights.

All excellent, the facilities are clean, the amenities (dryer, mini-fridge, Smart-tv) the food is very rich and it is not exaggerated to the price. 100% recommended, would go there.

Let's say it is the best hotel in the area because it is a zero tourist area, so if you come from business to this area because you have no more to stay here despite being in a horrible area. But it does have restaurant, parking, and all the amenities you need without becoming anything fancy.

The hotel in general is good for all of us who are for work in the CDMX, but the administrative attention is lousy, specifically the administration, when they want to invoice and when they do not answer the phone, only reception and only gives excuses that you can not Attend. I went to a party and I missed more attention from the waiters. They never offered to drink until you asked them, never teajeron salt, 2 people came a little advanced food and never came. There was a time when there was no waiter at the event. Good music.

Clean and decent service, but the room layout is very strange and not very comfortable. The restaurant is decent, but overpriced, and the neighborhood leaves much to be desired.

I loved staying here. The room was comfortable and accommodating, there was a gorgeous view from the window, the breakfast was delicious, and everyone was helpful and friendly. They even had an art show in the hallway.

I did not enter to the hotel, just picked up family that was staying there, but the service was really good and they gave us lots of attention. My family said it is efficient and good.

The hotel is very well located, on avenida Gustavo Baz, Tlalnepantla. The spacious and pleasant facilities. The staff is friendly and attentive, I attended a social event, very good food and helpful waiters.

I stayed there on Wednesday, May 11 and the truth is that I can not complain the hosting in terms of rooms is, what I can tell you is that the Valet Parking is a shit, and I mean that is a shit why stole me what they could, a card iave, money which my son won at a christening (100 pesos approximately) until a rosary… Reading the references I find that there are already complaints from the Valet… and that our hotel management? they already took letters in the subject? I thought that I was just going to a regular hotel in mexico CITY and when I went, I felt this hotel could compete with any of the business hotels of 5 stars and the fact of not being so large as to enter and exit is easy, however, everything is new and the rooms I was reminded of the new boutique hotels renovated in New York that are just so cool. As a traveler from the united States, the Mandarin Carton in the DF, is a perfect hotel to do business in the state of Mexico, or even as a base for tourist excursions. It is without doubt a gem of a property. Food and room service in first class. I ate the same dish 4 times, that tampiqueña. I got the suite with a shower round, I'm not sure if all are like that, but if you make the reservation, ask for the room with the watering can, round, also an original touch. English I thought I was just going to a regular Hotel in DF and when I left, I felt this hotel could compete with any 5 star top business hotel and the fact its not huge makes getting in and out easy, yet everything looks new and rooms reminded me of the new renovated boutique hotels in New York that are so cool. As a US traveler, the Mandarin in DF, is a perfect Hotel for doing business in the state of Mexico or even as a base for tourist trips. Sti definitely a jewel of a property. Food and room service where first class.
