This is a fine hotel! Centrally located with terrific restaurants all around as well as nice shopping as there is a nearby mall.

I usually judge hotels by their fitness centers, and this one absolutely delivers. The gym is huge, very well-equipped, and even has three Peloton bikes.

Our home in Guadalajara, we stay here quite often. Staff goes overboard to make sure you are comfortable. There's a masseuse available if you ask and breakfast is great.

We had a very warm welcome ever since we placed foot in the building. They helped us with our luggage and getting us situated quickly to rest. Our stay was very pleasant overall.

We had a great time today. It’s a hard rock hotel. They were very hospitable and Nelson at the upstairs pool bar was amazing as was Emilio down at the seafood buffet.

I had a great stay at Hard Rock Hotel Guadalajara. The hotel is awesome with a cool rock theme, comfortable rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything felt clean and modern.

The JW Marriot in Guadalajara is a very nice hotel with friendly staff, but I believe it does not meet the standard of a five star brand. I stayed in a regular room with a king-size bed.

Nearly perfect, rooms slightly dated and no bathtub. Gym and pool OK. Attention impeccable. Good value for money, and in a very privileged zone.

I recently attended their New Year’s Eve special, and the quality of the meal was outstanding. Even with the pressure of a holiday event, every course was executed with precision.

The service was exceptional. I was always greeted at the door, and when they weren’t busy, the valet consistently opened my car door. The staff was very attentive throughout my visit.

This hotel is amazing! The location is perfect as you can walk and catch the bus safely to many places. What makes this hotel great is the people and the service as they were the BEST!

The staff is fantastic and second to none! The breakfast crew led by the Chef Montse is awesome! She really goes out of her way to make sure the customer is happy.

This place is a gem. EVERYTHING is very clean. Personnel is very friendly. Free laundry, and it's got a free meal voucher every day. Free coffee or cappuccino 24/7.

It was a satisfying experience being at Malibú Hotel. First of all, staff were completely friendly and kind. Rooms were clean all time with necessary amenities.

My stay at this Holiday Inn Express was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The first thing that stood out was the immaculate cleanliness throughout the entire hotel, especially in my room.

The staff are kind, warm, attentive. Many speak English too! There are 100 fully armed guards holding assault rifles parked out front so safety is of no concern.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. We stayed here for a few days while I gad a surgery in town. We had a two bedroom room that each had their own bathroom as well as a dinette.

The staff here were very nice and friendly; they allowed me an early check-in and a late check-out. The housekeeper was very kind and gave me many bottles of water every day.

The hotel is not fancy, above average but the staff was very kind and accomodating.

We stay for 10 day on business, the Concierge/bell boys were incredible and righ on. The front desk ladies amazing our luggage were lost and they handel it 2 DAYS afer we arrive.

Stayed at this property as a guest of UAG’s SOM. The property is clean, the service was prompt, and the rooms was specious. Wi-fi connectivity was strong and consistent.

Booked the hotel as my office is close by. Wasn’t expected much but this hotel is kind of a Jem hidden. I really like to quality of food provided by the restaurant and room service.

Room was good and clean but nothing crazy. However, shower floor tile was slightly loose and would squeeze out water from the center of the floor.

Stayed here as a Platinum member but was disappointed that no upgrade was offered, even though suites were available. Basic amenities like toothbrush, vanity kit, and slippers were missing.
