Our home in Guadalajara, we stay here quite often. Staff goes overboard to make sure you are comfortable. There's a masseuse available if you ask and breakfast is great.

We had a very warm welcome ever since we placed foot in the building. They helped us with our luggage and getting us situated quickly to rest. Our stay was very pleasant overall.

I stayed at the hotel 4 days now. The experience is very good overall. Particularly for breakfast, Pedro served me three times. His service is very professional, warm and kind.

From the moment we arrived at the JW Marriott, we were treated with exceptional care and hospitality.

Breakfast is great with a nice view. Rooms are reasonably comfortable and kept very clean. The water stations on each floor and Nespresso machines are nice touches.

I have been a Customer-Guest at the Intercontinental Presidente Hotel in Guadalajara, Mexico, for several years to date.

We've stayed here several times and were very happy with all the services, until January 8th and 9th, 2026.

Erick and Edgar at the bar are absolutely phenomenal! The level of service is unmatched. If they don’t have exactly what you want, they will do whatever they need to to accommodate.

The staff is fantastic and second to none! The breakfast crew led by the Chef Montse is awesome! She really goes out of her way to make sure the customer is happy.

Best little hotel with great views from the roof top and close to the center of Zapopan to go walk around…

From the outside it doesnt look like much, inside you will find a very cool set up with very helpful staff. Its self check in but by chance there was staff around to help me check in and check out.

Everything in this hotel is more than perfect, the way they attend, the food, the room and bathroom are clean, however during the night the trucks passing near are very noisy and could make you have

Breakfast was OKAY. Grab and go style. They have assortments of fruits, yogurt, granola bar, cereal boxes, pastry bread and hot entry item. Coffee, water, juices, and tea.

I recently attended their New Year’s Eve special, and the quality of the meal was outstanding. Even with the pressure of a holiday event, every course was executed with precision.

The service was exceptional. I was always greeted at the door, and when they weren’t busy, the valet consistently opened my car door. The staff was very attentive throughout my visit.

Excellent service in fact only here we stayed.

A hotel with all three b always pleases me to stay when it is a short trip.

It was a satisfying experience being at Malibú Hotel. First of all, staff were completely friendly and kind. Rooms were clean all time with necessary amenities.

Nice and clean hotel with a restaurant. The room has a TV, AC, laundry, internet and room service. The beds are very comfortable, the restaurant has good prices. The room is small for two beds.

Yes bed comfortable, staff nice. I had do not disturb on the door for days and they called to see if I wanted my room cleaned.
Wifi and located right by a highway. Was a bit noisy but not too much.

The staff here were very nice and friendly; they allowed me an early check-in and a late check-out. The housekeeper was very kind and gave me many bottles of water every day.

A lovely garden and dining area. Rooms quite large and beds comfortable, even a bathrobe. Good water pressure, a bath and a shower! Lovely decor. Wifi.

We stay for 10 day on business, the Concierge/bell boys were incredible and righ on. The front desk ladies amazing our luggage were lost and they handel it 2 DAYS afer we arrive.

I was a little nervous booking a hotel, since this is my first trip to Guadalajara, but this hotel exceeded all of my expectations.

As always, my "go to, " hotel chain in Mexico, One Hotel, did not disappoint. The only downside is parking. It is a bit of a walk to the shared parking, but it is secured.

Love it. The staff is great, specially the lady whos Operations Manager and the front door gentleman.
