My family and I stayed 3 days and only once the room was serviced, I had to ask for clean towels, soap, paper and even mop at the reception. The staff always very friendly but the service to the room leaves a lot to be desired.

In general very good, only q when you call me diron a price and upon arrival they gave me another, but it's good, comfortable, pool nice, only I suggest a techito poq if I felt something warm… but all good, very good.

Good service, excellents rooms, the location is close to the beach, restaurants, the malecón, the pool is very clean.

Nice room but we saw a small roach before we left. No washcloths. We got soap but shampoo was a in a small plastic bag enough for one or two people. No phones in rooms. Wi-fi is spotty. Our room had a mini fridge but not all do. Good cold A/C. No lock on bathroom door. Nice big pool, not too deep. There was some noise due to remodeling. Not near the beach. Subway sandwich shop and grilled chicken place next door. Convenience store and pharmacy steps away. Lady at the front has good recommendations on family activities and where to eat. Good breakfast restaurant in hotel, it's open air 7 am to noon. Note that single bed rooms are on the second floor, two-bed rooms are on the first floor.

The hotel has good service only that the staff should enforce the rules, in my stay two days I could not rest as there was a GPO of people from the state of Mexico Q was in the pool at 1 in the morning taken and making scandal and the hotel allowed.

Horrible Experience! I saw the face at the entrance I did not respect the promotion announcing the poster, employees super rude and even, never go there!

The bedroom for 3 is very small, there is no room, the bathroom that we touched was very sloppy, and to put our suitcases and clothes we had only a stone bar, there was no closet. The only good thing is the pool, the location close to the beach, and restaurants nearby.

I think that when people are writing their reviews, they are not taking in to consideration that this is a hotel in Mexico. If you are looking for something perfect, look for a luxury hotel or a resort near the beach. It is quite old but very full of culture. The doors are not perfectly aligned, so you can see cracks to outside and yes maybe the design is not modern but other things outshine those "issue". The staff is very friendly and informative, breakfast is amazing, and the rooms are cleaned to perfection by housekeeping each and every day, the A/C is very nice and cold. The pool is spacious and very clean. Also, there are always buses driving by on the road in front of the hotel, so you never have to wait for more than a few seconds to catch one! My only complaint may be that the beds are rock solid, but it wasn't really that big of a deal. When I return to Puerto Vallarta, I will definitely stay here again!

The place is super comfortable, has a pool, restaurant and is located a few blocks from the beach. The rooms are comfortable and have air conditioning. Great place to spend a good holiday and also cheap.

The hotel is very well located, close to several restaurants and bars, all within short walking distance. The hotel has very friendly staff and the common areas are in good condition. It has a pool and the prices are reasonable according to quality. The rooms have up to 3 beds making it perfect for large families. The room if you have some details such as frayed towels, somewhat incomfy mattresses and no where to put clothes, no drawers or surfaces for clothes. How I mentioned it, the price is right according to what you pay for.

Renter beware… pictures deceiving. Have to be very specific on exactly what you want when renting. The charges were way over priced for the return. The room didn't even have a kettle or coffee maker for a 1 month rental. Run!

This lil hotel is very conffy, quite, & what I like most is the workers, very courteous, clean place, they clean there pool area every morning,, I stay there for a whole week, and I was very pleased…
They also have a lovely cat name Moncho I thought that was very cute to have…

The rooms are very small, with no desks. They smell a lot of moisture. The bathrooms have a closet door without a plate and no ventilation. The service is regular shooting bad. It's clean but it's impossible to have the 4 star rating. I put 2 stars because it saves something the pool that has.

The Regular place, I would not recommend it. The Receptionist, anything kind, with a tendency to being Rude. Right now in the Rainy Season, they came up with to put on the door of the entrance of the Hotel Reception a "barricade" of approximately 80 cm high, to prevent the entry of water; indeed dangerous to jump over it. Roaches in the Room.

No. I recommend it, we had rainy season and the. Hotel was flooded throughout the first floor of the drainage water, that the beds are stone n the ground floor. They can ask residents of this hotel before staying there. It happens frequently. The q means q the entire ground floor is constantly polluted. Malisimo.

The hotel is well located to access PV and the airport. The staff is helping and welcoming, but for the rest, which is rather disappointing. We hardly slept because of the noise caused by customers who were discussing around the pool, partying, playing music to kill head in the common area (pool) and this until the small hours of the morning, without the hotel to stop trouble. In addition, the room was small, dingy and very wet, well that pretty clean. If seek you relaxation and serenity, I do recommend not!

At the beginning everything super well but in the end the rude's manager wanted to charge us things of more, in addition to disrespect us a without number of times. We had a hard time, 1:30 stood in the lobby and as us several unhappy people. By the treatment of the Manager and his lack of education we will not return to that place, nor recommend it.
