This hotel is a smelly junk hotel that has dishonest staff. We showed up, seen our room and asked if we could leave — they said pay for one night and we would get our 700$ back on our card in a few week/ 3 months later nothing. PLEASE do not waste your time or money here. There are ALOT of wayyy nicer hotels in PV. Definitely not comfort inn quality and I’ll NEVER stay at a choices chain again. Veryyyyy disappointing but lesson learned.

This close to the airport, shopping centers, and because this in a special area as it is in Marina Vallarta. In addition to this the staff is very friendly.

What I recommend, the care and the friendliness of the reception staff is excellent. The rooms are spacious and clean. Although the restaurant service is a bit slow.

4 Star hotel but now 1 Star review because of Jazmin. Jazmin or something similar. Food lady. The worst. Horrible attitude. I walk into food area and ask if it’s okay if I eat my outside food here and I receive an okay from hotel staff. There’s like 20 empty tables and two occupied tables with Hispanic people just on their laptops, so there is plenty of space to say the least… I’m sitting down putting salsa on my tacos and she forces me to leave midway. Just storms up with an attitude and yells me out of the restaurant. Rude. No “excuse me” or “I’m sorry but… ”. Horrible. Will never go back to this hotel because of this experience with this employee. If you stay here, don’t go anywhere near this woman. Especially if you’re Asian, pretty sure that’s why her attitude towards me was so sour considering the ethnicity of other folks at tables also not eating hotel food. Rooms are dirty and old. Walls covered in stains. One hand towel and one face towel are provided for a room with two beds… Toilet leaked the whole time. However, livable and decent given the price. Only positives are that there is A/C and front desk staff are nice and extremely helpful. I emphasize that the front desk folks are great, but it only takes one bad apple to ruin the bunch (Jazmin).

Good hotel to spend a weekend this focused on the business tourism segment but its location makes it a great option for tourism in general, good attention of staff.

The staff were very friendly. The rooms and facilities are super clean and neat. The service of the best. The price for what it offers is excellent. The only thing is that the pool is small for the amount of guests there may be.

Rooms very spacious but with lots of moisture, which can stink the clothes or cause disgust in people who are very sensitive to the smell of moisture. However it is a very clean hotel, recommended Principalmemte for business trip, because for a vacation there is something far from the beaches and tourist attractions of the port.

A place totally 4 stars, not luxurious but the service very good very friendly all, what Q promise you that is, the pool very clean room service very good, away from the boardwalk but very close to the marina.

Good size in the rooms and very bad breakfasts and the Internet in the rooms never worked the Wi-Fi almost a year after my first comment 09/03/18, again I think the same, breakfasts of the worst besides it's like you were REO, no attention, and the Internet is already on the other, that your announcement of the entry that says, breakfast and internet, (just does not exist) but now there is a more flames to the reception or answer you bad or do not answer.

Very friendly and flexible staff, I was able to check in early and they offered to hold my luggage for me after checkout. Perfect for a quick stay.

I changed 3 times the room by Q were busy and opened and was another guest… bad… Too bad… We got this hotel paid by Aeromexico by Q cancelled our flight and sent us a day before.

Comfortable beds. The pool was clean. Breakfast included. Our room overlooked the golf course tees.

Nice Continental breakfast … Wish they had someone in the cafe area at night that spoke English tho. Two nights in a row I got the wrong thing was not a big deal almost comical. I ordered a med chocolate ice cream and got 4 scoops of strawberry … lol…
The other was a cheese omelet with no cheese when it came… but it was good. They do try hard.

The rooms are clean and provide clean water. The food took awhile to get but was delicious. The pool is great for kids!

For a business trip it is just great. It nice, clean. The staff is kind. I found its location convenient just besides La Marina. I've been a client since several years now and the furniture is starting to show aging sings but they seem to constantly give it maintainance. The pool is small but I rarely use it. The included brake fast is quite simple and lacks protein, if you're in any kind of diet just look for other place to take brake fast. All in all is a great deal for the price, not expensive at all, clean, comfortable, convenient.

We are attending training classes at one of the conference rooms here. There is Wi-Fi air conditionaing and coffee catering service in the morning by mid day we go to the restaurant down by the lobby and get to eat delicious typical mexican food. They have a pool there as well.

The last time I went with my family, we took carisimo by a suite that in the end turned out to be one-fourth normal. For $5000 we promised refrigerator and kitchen, and there was nothing of that. We were not allowed to keep medication in the refrigerator either, despite the need. Overall, we don't go back.

Great location! Close to the airport and bus station. Close to the marina how ever the boardwalk is about 30 min in public transport and 15 min in car which still not bad at all :) The hotel is clean and the staff is really nice and welcoming. My only complain was that the showers needed more detailed cleaning, since there was some mold. Other than that excellent price for what you get.

Only two towels and no towel or rug for the bathroom floor, beds and pillows were hard, pool was small, dirrty and overcrowded. Smelt a little moldy.

We came in around Midnight and they gave us a room right away. The room was very clean and smelled nice. They even give you complimentary breakfast if you make it to the restaurant inside before 1030am. I didn't give them 5 starts because they didn't tell us what time breakfast was over, so we went down around 11 am and missed it. Overall really good place. I would come here again. Price is reasonable as well.

Cheap, reliable, and friendly staff. At $50/night, this hotel provides the most basic of amenities at a great price. Serves breakfast, has WI-FI and a pool. Only gripes were with the beds and AC unit. The bed was a little stiff and the AC loud. Other than that, the experience was pleasant. Will be booking again.

Good stop over hotel for the money. Stayed 2 days till flight left on Sat. Evening. Free continental breakfast. Sat in the sun and drank ice cold beers. Walked around the Marina found a couple nice bars and restaurants. All in all nice stay.

The air conditioning makes too much noise, the breakfast is lousy, the facilities are a little old and during my stay they went out two cockroaches. The very friendly and efficient.

It is very good, economical, comfortable, very clean, good service and very close to the airport, but your kitchen will lack that's why only 4 stars.
