A nice hotel to stay, they have studio, 1 bhk and 2bhk suites, courteous staff, English speaking, Nice buffet breakfast, small but clean swimming pool.

Es un buen lugar, aunque el estacionamiento es muy pequeño, y por fuerza debes dejar la llave al ballet, y mueven y mueven tu carro! Bien, el lugar es una torre, y aunque las suites son muy pequeñas, la verdad están muy bien organizadas y con todo lo necesario, eso que un departamento podría tener. El área de la alberca y la terraza es muy pequeña, consideró que debería tener más amenidades. No hay hielo ni agua en los pasillos por piso! En eso so deberían mejorar, es básico. El desayuno muy bien. Se acaba algo y en seguida van sirviendo más! Puntito extra! Las estancias y sus sillones son excelentes Y muy cómodos. Tiene area básica pars ejercitarse y lavandería. Palomitas! En general bien! Excelente lugar!

Greta place to stay with a kitchen and good amenities. Also the place is just beside the plaza shopping mall which is good. Also the place has everything near by where you can get any.

An excellent hotel, to go with family, since all the rooms have kitchenette, include breakfast buffet and in the afternoons of some days you can go down to the pool area to eat a light zenith (salad bar, burgers among others). The pool has grills which is a plus and the coolest thing is Pet friendly.

Very nice, But it gets a lot of noise from the cars that go through Lopez Mateos. Good service valet parking and also in the dining room.

It is a hotel for long stay, the rooms have refrigerator and kitchenette, I stayed a month in Queretaro in the same franchise and had better amenities than this one in Guadalajara. It is a bit annoying to have to wait for the valet to pick up your vehicle when you arrive and the breakfast is ok but for a long stay bored.

Good location in the Expos area, comfortable, breakfast included. He's in remodeling.

Food not so great, conveniently located, friendly staff, next to a big mall.

24*7 operating and services. Swimming pool area is awesome. They have all amenities including gym, sitting area in lobby, evening snacks with drinks on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday. Many from the staff are well English speaking!

It is the second time that came to this hotel, in both has happened the same, arrived at 15:30 HRS. And even though the check in time is 15:00, they don't have the rooms ready, the facilities are nice and they are remodeling them, but they have some organizational problems.

I think it has a couple of things to improve but my stay here has been pleasurable. I recommend it.

Excellent hotel. Very attentive and courteous service of all, from the security staff in parking, at reception, in room service. Spotless. Excellent and highly recommended.

Not a bad hotel. The charge they derive is not because that they give good service or hotel's ambiance, its becasue the vicinity to plaza del sol. My experience is that hotel management always has deaf ears to customer grievances.

I stayed a whole weekend, the room spotless, the facilities are the best, the staff very attentive and friendly the breakfast delicious the cleaning service very good. I will definitely come back.

Very good option when staying in Guadalajara front desk staff is very friendly the rooms are decent only complaint I have it it's next to the AC Marriott and those people seem weird.

Muy buena y cómoda ubicación, servicio amable de los empleados y plaza del sol a un lado, puedes salir a caminar y entretenerte.

Es bueno, las suites son bastante amplias y es más como para ir en plan familiar porque tienen cocineta, el buffet de desayuno es bueno y variado.

My India team has stayed there frequently and their experience has been very good. Good Wi-Fi and service to continue operations.

Its ballroom that is the part that he attended is not as comfortable as I had hoped, but the staff was good.

In general the staybrigde hotels are the best IHG chain; they are very spacious and cosy rooms, you always receive a good smile and make you a very pleasant stay whether for pleasure or business. Equipment in the gym is pretty battered and need an update to devices. Breakfast which includes the lodging is very good, very varied and gives you the option of consuming what you decide.

I can speak english and hardly understand spanish so this plce is good option in guadalajara as managers employees play little with english … Manager can also talk in english and these are guys are quite coporative if they understand you. A really good thing, Not much restrictions as I was here for a month I felt guadaljarra is very friendly, I suggest variety in breakfast atleast good english breakfast for both vegan and non vegan people. They have so many asian guests but breakfast is not that great here. Poor facilities in the bathroom, its high time to repair taps and keep working on good customer service.

A one-week stay very pleasant in the site.

Very good place, comfortable and staff attentive. The pool is only cleaned once a day and it tends to get dirty, but it's okay in general. Washing Area, gym and others.

Staybridge Guadalajara Expo is a lovely hotel located in an easy to get to area of the city, directly next to the Plaza del Sol shopping mall, which offers everything you need during your stay. The hotel itself is beautifully appointed, but the shining stars are the staff. They are attentive, responsive to any question or need, and professional. The rooms in the suites are comfortable. The kitchens are stocked, although there are sometimes less of what you need. A simple call to the desk will fix that very quickly. The only complaint I had was the packaged coffee is very weak; barely drinkable really. However, the coffee served in the breakfast area all day is delicious. There is a nice fitness room, a lovely pool, a free laundry room, a library, and a business center. The washers fill very slowly, so give yourself a couple of hours if you do a load of clothes. The television has several stations in English with subtitles in Spanish, great way to hone your language skills! The free breakfasts served each morning are really very good; better than we have had at most other hotels in Mexico. Our stay was 10 nights and the breakfasts were slightly different every morning, offering a little variety in tastes. As mentioned, the coffee is very good, and cafe olla is offered every morning as well.
