There's more more comfort and better service to be found in a room at the YMCA! This hotel's walls and doors are paper thin, and even without children continuously running up and down the halls and slamming doors, the place was noisy. Hotel guests can hear zumba class music and free weights dropped onto the floor in the gym below from early in the morning until late in the evening. The desk staff holds guests' drivers licenses as security for the TV remote control. There are no rooms on the ground floor… but no elevator or bellman. The view from our room's terraza was a solid concrete wall in desperate need of patching and painting. The double room had towels for only one guest. The dining room seats around 75 persons, but there is no breakfast buffet and staff was not even remotely able to keep up with orders, which arrived late and cold for more guests than not.

Perfect place to stay everything is local.

Friendly service. Clean rooms. Access to the sauna and gym. Right in the center of Zapopan behind the basilica. At a good price. Very good for business trips.

The place is modern, clean, comfortable and accessible. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathrooms are a little small. It goes according to the price-quality ratio. Very close to the Basilica of Zapopan.

The rooms are spacious and always very clean, but personally they need to add some appliances for use as a coffee dryer or iron. A terrible point is that there is no elevator and the rooms are on the second floor in turn do not have staff to help you raise the luggage so everyone should upload their bags.

Spacious, clean and comfortable room, nice decor and bathroom with good and hygienic space. The staff was very friendly and the check-in was quick. It is a quiet and silent place, very suitable for resting. The location of the hotel close to the cathedral and with enough nearby places to eat, for all tastes and affordable to all budgets.

Good place to stay is, rooms clean and comfortable, located in the area Center of Zapopan to some blocks of the Center and of the Cathedral of Zapopan. Near the hotel are several routes of transport public.

The room very spacious and clean. The error is that the restaurant is independent, does not provide dishes to the guests, I wanted to serve white wine in a cup. You have to leave $200 pesos to guarantee the control of the TV.
