Dirty rooms, TV didn't look good, no security personnel, they allow guests to play loud music in the early morning, some very rude and ordinary guests, there is no pool time and it's 12 o'clock at night and they are still swimming with loud music, NOTHING recommended.

-No Wi-Fi in rooms and the Wi-Fi of the reception is very bad
— the control of the TVs is not useful
-the rooms can not be closed inside
— they do not use normal keys for the rooms
— the elevator is not useful
the only good thing is that the buttons are very friendly but the rest the truth disappointment.

Is it a hotel, central, comfortable and very clean, and the attention of the bellboy, of the night shift? very good, I would say excellent congratulations to the buttons night shift!

Very small rooms and breakfast could improve. It does not have elevators and although the staff is well dressed and some give an excellent service, I touched a bellboy with a smell of grass and a waitress who went into the room when we were inside. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Very nice staff and good locaton. But the rooms as ver small, there is no elevator and you hear everything in your room! Also to access the parking you need someone to open it for you and you need to leave your keys at the front desk. I was on the top floor but still could not sleep well, even while using earplugs. I stayed one night out of the 4 booked and went to a better hotel.

Everything was perfect, to open the beds, the sheets very dirty. Put more care on that. Very friendly staff.

Could not breath in my room and neighboor in the next room would not shut up, they were trowing a party till 3am. And it wasnt untill the receptionist told them for the 3rd time they were going to get kicked out.

Small rooms… The bathroom in the room has no windows so when you bathe all the steam is left… came out a cockroach by the bed. If you have a garage and Wi-Fi. It also includes breakfast that is acceptable… The staff is friendly.

Very nice Hotel in service and facilities, at the time of our arrival we were told that Check in was until 3:00 in the afternoon but as they had rooms we were given entrance immediately thing that is appreciated after a long trip. The staff from the receptionist and the bellboy were excellent, the room in addition to being very spacious is very comfortable in their furniture. Fully recommended for business trip or city tour, a maximum of 10 minutes walk from downtown and in front of the public transport stop.

It has valet parking and underground parking (small). The rooms are modest and save some minor detail this well taken care of. The food in your restaurant has enough portions and good taste, in our stay we had very nice buffet breakfast. A few steps from the Macrobus and relatively close to many points of interest. They are 3 floors of rooms without elevator so considerenlo when choosing.

Ok the hotel for that gives you breakfast maybe the TV should fix the signal I do not know well the bathroom is well served all room clean and I will stay 4 days here I take a day and I hope it all goes well if I ask if I would return to this hotel would say if.

Good location, clean rooms, not very spacious but for the cost I consider a good choice, the service of the front desk people I think can improve. If you book the room with breakfast it is an excellent option as it does not go up much and it is buffet.

The hotel is nice and economical. The only thing I did not like esque in the room we got came a strong smell of drainage, we never knew if it came from the bathroom or from where. Outside of that the rooms are clean and spacious and include breakfast which is delicious.

Well located Hotel, good food and friendly staff, against no elevator and if you touch room that overtakes the main street you can hear noise very early. But in general I would return to the hotel.

Hotel is okay if you are only planning to sleep there. We had a room with two beds and was next to a busy street. We got very little sleep due to all the street noise. The room was very small and the sheets had black shoe prints under the folded section where it folds onto the comforter. We ask to have the sheets changed which they did. The shower dripped and it was not repaired, so we put a towel in the shower so that it would muffle the sound of drops hitting the tiles of the shower floor. This place has no elevators so expect to carry your bag up the stairs, no wheel chair access.

It was a good hotel the only thing it lack was an elevator.

It is a comfortable and practical place to make peace and go shopping to San Juan de Dios, and. Calle de Obregón is already in the historic center.

The room smelled very bad: a combination of smoke and the washroom. It was cheap so we booked it but I don't recomend it. It's not in a safe zone.

Stinky bathroom, small rooms and noisy surroundings.

Horrible, the room that bos gave smelt spout, never arranged us the problem with Wi-fi by what we could not connect, the breakfast wasn't all bad.
