Nice clean good service on all of the maintenance staff.

En general estuvo bien, no tengo ningún tipo de queja por las instalaciones ni por parte del personal. El lobby es comodo, los baños siempre están limpios y cuenta con restaurante y bar.

Very nice place to attend social events or justo have dinner.

Excellent hotel. Better than other 5-star ones. The very affordable price, the pool with warm water, has GYM and Restaurant.
Recommended that you hire the room with breakfast.
Easy access and in a beautiful area of Guadalajara. All ready for a pleasant stay at the Perla Tapatía.

I had to stay for the weekend and one thing that surprised me is that they allowed guests to ingest alcoholic beverages at the entrance and in the lobby.

Worst of all, they didn't even do it at the bar, they had their beers and their horn to everything they give. Regardless of the rules of procedure.

I'm not against the fun, but I think they should respect the hotel's common spaces, this certainly causes a bad image to the hotel and makes all visitors and tourists uncomfortable. Hopefully and get better soon.

When we reached the room there was a strong smell of moisture. He's gone out of time. The air conditioning sounds very loud at night. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast very rich! The variety of juices is very good.

The rooms and the furniture in good condition. The breakfast buffet was very good and the workers friendly. My only but is that one of the elevators was out of order and at times it was slow, but overall everything excellent.

The pumpkin flower a very nice restaurant, with a very tasty and soursop juice, that serves me 3 times! The remodeled hotel, with a terrace with a view of the city, for a swimming pool.

Very comfortable, I liked the whole experience the only drawbacks the air did not work very well and the shower did not work the hot water.

Es un hotel que, a pesar de tener acceso por una avenida complicada de Guadalajara, es cómodo, bien conservado y da una sensación de que no estás en una avenida concurrida, no hay ruido por las noches y apoyan mucho las tarifas empresariales.

For the price its ok, and the location is good, but the hotel needs to be updated the pool is ehhh. I wouldn't let my kids go in.

Nice Hotel. Seems a bit Aged by the outside and lobby aspect, but the rooms are in good shape and doesn't seem to be old or in bad shape. Has pool and running course on top of the 4th floor. The personnel is very attentive.

Excellent service and rooms in excellent condition. The breakfast buffet is very good with fruit, yogurt and cereal every day. The pool on the roof is very comfortable. I do not give the five stars because even being guest charge you parking separately… I think I should go already included in the lodge. From the rest, all very well.

The hotel has very well maintained facilities, it is apt to go in business plan or on vacation. If you go on business is ideal because it is on one of the main avenues of Guadalajara, and a few blocks from the Expo Guadalajara where the main events take place. You can organise events as it has conference rooms. Its rooms are comfortable, spacious and well-kept. It has a warm pool to enjoy the place. It has a buffet restaurant.

It is a comfortable place, missing more variety in food but it is rich. The cleaning service I did not like that's why I give it 4 stars. We were 3 people in a room and only gave us towels for 2 and all the time we had to call to ask for an extra. I think the location is perfect. The service to the room is very expensive and the food is nothing rich.

Hotel with excellent location, next to Expo Guadalajara, good service, nothing spectacular food but meets the standard. A good choice for business tourism.

It is very well located near the fair area. The restaurant has buffet but not very varied only offer a stew… and seriously they call it buffete! The rooms are relatively spacious and on the executive floor offer a very good machine super Rich Express Cafe. They have track for runners I think of 200 mts. And a terrace with pool but cold.

The Hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. Staff very friendly and polite. A good location close to the Expo Guadalajara.

The room is nice, the food very nice, it is a family plan hotel, I do not think it resembles the unpleasant Bussines hotels, very recommended and always the deal is the best, I have coming 4 years in a row here and I always take a pleasant experience.

My room smells like sewer and humidity. I requested a room change but they never responded. Not even to say that was imposible to use another room. The whole building needs maintenance, the elevator was broken. (and it's really old). The options for breakfast are poor, average taste. It's too expensive for a hotel like this.

Excellent, the room very comfortable, clean and functional. The breakfast very rich and fruit juices (Lime and plum) delicious. The staff very attentive in all.

I only visited the restaurant for breakfast with family. It was nice, and food was good. Didn't give it 5 starts as underground parking was pretty terrible which forced us to use the stairs.

Rooms were very big and cozy. It is very near too the Guadalajara Expo, making it an excellent place for staying. Hotel Staff was always kind and comprehensive. Rooms have a sofa that can be extended into a bed. Very recommended.

The hotel is well ubicated and clean, star bucks is around the corner and Plaza Del Sol is tree blocks away. However, on our last day, we had dinner in their restaurant. The enchiladas we ordered were cold, cold tortillas and cold chicken inside. The french frys were staled and cold. The restaurant was empty when we arrived, I asked if they were open for dinner and the answer was "Yes" however the food was cold and accompanied with grinding loud noise of constant cutting laminated flooring since they were redoing the bar next to the kitchen. We couldn't hear each other due to the noise. The waiters were not friendly or at least cordial. I would have preferred they told me the kitchen was closed, than to be served cold, staled food, loud noice and unfriendly waiters. The reception personnel and housekeeping were friendly and cordial. Also a pair of blue sandals by Ivanka Trump were either left behind or taken from my luggage and were not returned.

An amazing place to hold events on a large scale, there are is made the more great expos of any type, yields of the book expo, the expo antad etc, has a center commercial fencing 10 minutes walking plaza del sol, has several hotels in the vicinity of 2 minutes walk or 10 minutes.

Bastante amables muy profecinales, sin dudar lo recomiendo 100%. Un lugar para trabajar sin preovupaciones y sintiendose comodo.

The location of this hotel is perfect if you are coming to any topic area.
It is a large hotel, and the ceilings are high which makes it feel even bigger.
The staff is very friendly, they have a parking lot and sometimes even ballet parking.
They have rooms for conferences and events.
The rooms are spacious, with closet, desk with drawers, vanity, etc.
The bathroom consists of bath tub with shower and wc. The tub is wide but not long, I doubt that someone of more than 1.50 can lie down in a tub as well.
The bathroom toilet is wide but not very spacious, and the lighting of corridors and rooms very nice.
The price depends on the season and the room looked, but it is slightly cheaper than the hotels front the Expo.

This hotel is next to the Expo and near Plaza del sol, so it is a good choice. It has opposite a mini supermarket.
Rooms, beds and pillows are comfortable. The bathroom has a bathtub.
The hotel has a small gym and swimming pool on the roof.
The staff is very good, all are very friendly.
The restaurant is cheap and the food is rich. The only thing that is not so good is that sometimes the waiters are distracted watching TV. I do not recommend the order of quesadillas, it took, were poorly made and knew evil.
Except these two buts, it is fine here. I highly recommend it.

Guadalajara Plaza Expo is a great place, which attracts many people from different parts of the world and is quite nice, not just the expo, if not also all the nice thing is Guadalajara and their municipalities and culture.

I think the hotel has no cleaning and smells bad about what it costs and reputation for being nice, nothing to do. Very incorforme.
