Rooms were a little tight for the price and accommodations aren't as nice as other hotels, they charge a lot because of they're location, not as good as it seems.

In this place there really is a great variety of products, if you are looking for felt or foamy of good quality, here you will find, its price is somewhat high but it is understood by quality, sell to make stuffed animals, there are flexible pasta workshops, sell the material, sell molds to do things with felt or foamy, they sell wooden little things, cutters, slacker pens of different colors, large letters for events, I highly recommend that you take a turn :)

Wonderful hotel & staff. Staff is very attentive, friendly and helpful. The (included) breakfast buffet is wonderful, and they even have made-to-order omelets and pancakes. Pay for a superior room on an upper floor, as we have a room with balcony overlooking the cathedral and the city, which is a beautiful view day and night!

Top quality service, if you are looking for new and cute products, this is definitely the place! @conffettikids supplies some of their raw materials in this place, they are the best.

It is a disaster this hotel there is no communication between reception and services I was assigned rooms 301 and 302 climbing change it me by the 311 then enter the 301 and wanting to bathe pure chocolatey water came out, I had to go for my children to swim, we left and returning as a 1:00 am change me 301 by the 230 bad service leave much to be desired definitely not return to this hotel.

I do not recommend you make a reservation with time and a price and when arrive give you another room with another price room without towels without TV control bath is pulled across the water and the drawbacks you as useless and expensive.

Very bad experience. I had double booking and give me a single room. I change to a double room and upon returning to the room also is simple. Return to reception and they tell me that they will take an additional bed. 20 minutes later it appears the maid with a very dirty cot. I ask that they cancel me the reservation and argue that it is not possible. Send me to a third room and getting this busy! Bad service, bad rooms control, dealing with the night Manager impossible.

Very good hotel I wish and had more than those in this country with that kind of services and staff that are very conprnsivosy friendly.

Excellent location, friendly, good stay, only the Serbian's dining room I did not like, should expand its menu, and add meals typical of the city, not to get burgers and pizza.

A/C didn't work, bland rooms, awesome location, English speaking staff, Inexpensive.
