Good location, clean rooms, the service is good, serve with kindness, respect and provide information and assistance as needed for attendees, however space is limited when it comes to an event and there are many attendees.

I give it a 4. The staff was friendly and location is ideal, has as n adequate gym. The food was very average. The lobby and hallways were nice as were the room finishes; but the room themselves werent up to par with others I've had in the same price range, even cheaper. Although the rooms were tidy and cleaning staff was excellent, there was a bit too much noice for my liking outside of my room in the mornings and I did liked the fact that room service is one at 9pm.

Awesome experience Excellent service, awesome attitude and very comfortable. Its location is within 5 min walking distance to the cathedral and many points of interest in the City of Guadalajara, tours and much more. The concierge has plenty of recommendations and accommodations for you. Best hotel experience yet.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the real maestranza hotel. The price value is very good. The rooms are spacious and largely clean. Everything was in good shape, except our shower, which could have used a bit of a wash. However this for me was no real issue. They have a cute rooftop bar, which serves drinks at reasonable prices. I can recommend their margaritas. I sadly never tested their restaurant, but the breakfast buffet is totally okeh. Their concierge helped us out in a huge way, flexibly getting us a tequila tour around 5min before it started. For me, this is service and if I'm ever in Guadalajara again, I know where I'll be.

Was a good experience. It was super hot the day I was there but the air conditioner did it's job. The staff was great and gave us lots of free water. My only complaint is they need better blinds/curtains. There are blue lights that make the outside look modern but make sleeping in a dark room impossible. Got about 3 hours to sleep because I need it dark. Otherwise id recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful hotel. Excellent customer service and attention. Just two blocks away walking from the city center. It's new and modern, the interior design is awesome and rooms are big enough for four people. Really nice, definitely our hotel for Guadalajara every next time.

It’s for me the best hotel in GDL centre. Before I was advised to it I was testing several hotels within same category at GDL and none of them have a similar standard.
The stuff in total, from bell boy up to the Manager is fantastic. They are always trying to help their guests in all situations.
I had always (now 6 times) a very good experience when I was there.
The rooms are really big and very clean. The bathroom is spacey and clean.
The A/C is outstanding silent and working properly.
The Wi-Fi is more stable than anywhere else in town and meanwhile really of a good standard.
If u ask having an extended stay for 1 hour I never had a problem.
I will be a guest of Real Maestranza also next time!

Rooms and hotel overall are nice and clean. The A. C. Unit in our first room wasn't working so they gave us a new room no problem. Staff is super helpful and nice!

Excellent attention from the staff, the rooms are very nice and spotless. The food at the restaurant "el Chato" this deliciosaaaaa all the hotel is in perfect conditions and nice I recommend it 100% without a doubt an excellent choice.

It is a great place and has beautiful and modern facilities, it is a shame that the restaurant service is so poor from the waiter's attention to the musical selection, they need to ponder the quality in the service over the image of the staff, the Hospitality should be based on customer service of excellence and staff is more inclined to their own image than to see customer needs.

I can not recommend this place enough! It is clean, modern, and the biggest plus is the staff. Everyone is ready to help with whatever you might need ie. Tour bookings, sightseeing, or restaurant recommendations. The rooms are very nice great view of the city. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, which was a big deal for me, because I have back problems. The hotel is in a great location surrounded by great restaurants, and a block away from the main sights in historic downtown.

People who complain about staying in hotels clearly haven't stayed in a hotel like this. It helps of course that this place is very new and hasn't had time to degrade or become dated. But I love the fact that almost everything has been thought of. The room design is extremely good, with only a few tiny annoyances. I love the fact that I can get Netflix on the big TV, the beautiful beds and bed linen, the marvellous desk and chair with fast internet makes it easy to work here. We don't get to stay in so many places like this owing to the budget constraints of a 4-month trip, but I would have been happy paying more than what we did to stay here.

Very cute, clean and friendly service. Would have been 5 stars but I insist that we had to get out of the parking lot early morning and left another vehicle parked in front of our van! Between come and comes almost miss my flight!

The room was really loud — club music from street, noise from hallway, & air conditioner. Bright blue light flooded into the room all night from light on building. Slide curtains don't block the light. The bottom sheet did not cover the whole matress by a lot — an inexplicably bare mattress for lower calves & ankles. Gross. The interior of the hotel and room are modern and pleasantly surprising (compare to seedy street & rough exterior). The room was modern & nice with cool details like newspaper in the tiles in the bathroom. Great staff & comfy bed/pillows. Don't be in a hurry in the restaurant.

No other place like this one, best service! if youre looking for hotels dont look any further, this is the best. Its close to all the main museums all walking distance, and if you have time, ask the receptionist for the tours, you wont regret it. Quick tip: dont rent a car this guys will provide you with transportation, and not expensive. Just make sure you tell them.

The decor and furniture is modern and beautiful, the rooms very comfortable, I did not want to get out of your bed very comfortable, has a safe, dryer, iron and coffee maker that are very useful, the view from the room is beautiful. The attention was very good. It was a nice stay, comfortable, at a good price and central.

The workers were amzaing. They attended me right away and new places to visit that were safe. The room service was on it and they always cleaned up well and didn't touch my belongings. Compared to places around and they're pricing, this hotel had them beat with the service. Booked and expedia package and was well worth it.

The place is beautiful and clean. Well located downtown. However, my room was ridiculously small, no space for working on a laptop, and Wi-Fi was limited to 1MB per session (it is very uncomfortable to have to re-input the password every 1MB). Also, attention at the restaurant during breakfast was kind of rude and they seem unprepared to deal with angry customers like me.

Excellent modern room. Mattress and pillows of high quality. Attention variable; in reception, the arrival was cold, without a smile. But all the other co-workers were smiling and warm. If he would come back. The area is "warrior" and most of the night. Do not charge extra to have a car in the parking lot. Wifi included, TV Smart with the internet. (Netflix and YouTube without issue).

This hotel is modern, sleek and beautiful. The staff are friendly, personal and accommodating. They went the extra mile to help us get Uber driver to places we wanted to visit.

The hotel is nice and centrally located. The rooms are clean, well appointed and comfortable. Best of all, Victor and the front staff will take very good care of your needs. He speaks perfect English having lived in the states for many years. I lost my designer sunglasses and was devastated. They were accidentally left in the lobby by my wife. Victor searched the security system, found their location and retrieved them. I was greatly relieved and thankful. He went above and beyond, making great restaurant and car reservations for us also. He made our stay complete! I would give it a five except they don't have much of a bar or restaurant service. However, you are within easy walking or driving distance to lots of options.
