Good location in front of Plaza del Sol, comfortable rooms, with standard amenities that you would expect in a chain hotel. Quick and friendly attention from the reception staff and buttons.

I have had an amazing stay at this hotel. The food is ok, the beds are comfortable, and the location is relatively well placed in the Plaza del Sol area in Guadalajara. There are good places to eat and drink around in walking distance. The climate control works great, the water is well regulated. The service, however, is a little slow. I'm not sure if the reception was understaffed, or if they simply only schedule one receptionists on the night shifts but it did take some time to get my other guests situated. Over all, I do believe this is a great place to stay, the pool area is really nice, and the parking situation, is ok.

Typical hotel level businees. It wasn't bad.
It is higher cost for being Guadalajara and for the area.
I went for being near Expo Guadalajara.
If I hadn't stayed in others.
But overall it was fine.

Nice rooms, quiet, clean. Accommodation includes breakfast. Free parking. Wifi with good coverage. Breakfast without a lot of variety. Television with limited channels.

The hotel has an excellent location, you have a large shopping mall just across the street, also you are awesome minute drive from Guadalajara's largest exposition center "Expo Guadalajara", several dining options to choose from all of them at walking distance, ranging from Tacos, hamburgers or tortas, to Steak House, rooms are comfortable but they get so much light sun that they get really hot, and the A/C is not the great at cooling then down, the service is good.

Great place, but the parking is weird, they close one entrance after 10:00pm. Be careful if you want to do an early check in, they are very conservative in that regards.

Nice place to stay. Roads are very busy around and location, entrance is ok if not exceptional.

Excellent facilities and service. I really enjoyed the gym and the pool area. The breakfast is included and it is good enough to start the day. There’s a mall in front of the hotel with a lot of things to see. The access to the hotel is quite good and so is its location.

It is a good choice because of its location in the city. Good value for money and comfortable rooms with well-equipped and clean bathrooms.

I arrived at 2am without a booking and was lucky that they had cancelled a room because the hotel was full. The reception very well and made everything very fast, the breakfast in the morning to dry and the room very comfortable, the bed delicious a bay window with good view, many goodies in the bathroom and the attention of the staff very professional. I left with a great experience.

Pesimo service. They don't answer the phone in their reservation area. Your manager is probably on vacation.

Hotel Business class, meets the necessary for a hotel of its type, has a very central location in Guadalajara which allows you to move from there to various points of the city, the pool is nice and clean.

This is very good for work meetings, but the menu of the week is not very good, they serve you several times the same food and dinner, as far as breakfast is very good and diverse.

For the fee of 140 dollars per night one would expect minimal service to the room before 6 pm, never leave towels and must be available at reception. The breakfast on Tuesday was bad, on Wednesday lousy but on Thursday they overcame it and made it even worse. The room cards stopped working every 12 hours and you had to request the reactivation at reception. All wrong.

It is located in a very close place to Expo Guadalajara, the rooms are simple but comfortable, you can really rest because you do not perceive the noise of what happens on the outside and the service is very attentive and cordial…

The rooms are too noisy. You hear all about the neighboring host. I reported it at the front desk and they did not care much.

It's really nice and fancy, it's clean and has a good service, I really like the Hotel, the lobby it's nice, I couldn't pass at the rooms but I think that are good to arrive at vacations.

The hotel is small but comfortable, is located nearby an old but nice shopping mall and also the area is well connected to the main spots in the city.

Everything OK, in line with a 4 star hotel, courteous to check in, clean room, bottle of water every day, breakfast quite complete but not continental (at least on Sundays).

It is very well located, near expo, plaza of the Sun, a starbucks, pizza, very good experience.

It has a rather nice view the appearance of both glass I must say that it works very well, your access may be complicated in the peak hours, as bonus to be in front of a shopping center is very easy to locate.

It is very nice and very good rooms, I did not like the noise of the avenue, very central but in the middle of streets that do not respect both the traffic lights. The breakfast is rich, but it is always the same, until now so far 3 days is scrambled egg, chilaquiles red, juice, milk, bacon, and other little things, the truth already I think something simple.

'Express', standard surplus because it counts with pool and gym. The staff is very professional and attentive, the rooms very clean and comfortable for a good night's sleep. Excellent location being opposite to Plaza del Sol and a few blocks from Expo Guadalajara. And if all off: buffet breakfast and parking included. If only had an automatic self-service laundry in the same building…

My stay was a good experience. It is located near a few good restaurants, the rooms are elegant and a good service. However, in the room where I stayed and in the other, when we open the faucet of the shower, began to smell horrozamente.

Hotel super careful the rooms are very big and comfortable, the truth to be express this luxury, if you arrive before check in, have coffee and cookies for the wait and if you are a member of IHG a deal even better!
