Very nice I came in super early 6 am and they checked me in at 7 am normal check in 3 pm. Suite is very big two separate rooms. Best bang for your buck! Close to the center of town!

It is well located, the rooms I have stayed in are very nice, the service is very good too. Maybe they can improve the restaurant menu a little bit, it would be father to add a children's menu.

Place was dusty all over the place, floor was uneven. Did not get to see the rooms as I was only attending a professional event, but I wouldn't expect much.

Lousy experience, paid and unannounced reservation do not allow to make use and charge it again because they did not carry the card physically, when the reservation was made for a company. There is no phone to contact the hotel and even though when you book leave contact phone they did not communicate and re-charged. PÉSIMO service and attention. Totally uncompromising.

Quiet and comfortable, the rooms are small but the beds are very rich. The pool is a bit dirty, although they do clean it every night, maybe because it's small and then there's a lot of people. The food in the restaurant is delicious. It is recommended to buy water in the corner shop as inside the hotel it is expensive.

Visited for a training event, we used one room with projector and a board. Internet was really good and staff service was on point. Everybody was kind and overall it was a good experience.

I attended a college Meeting with a breakfast service. Food was good tho no choice between orange or carrot juice, they just gave you whatever they wanted. Place is simple for executive meetings.

Good service in this hotel, exception the receptionist of the night shift, has no attitude of service, and the bar is all the time closed.

The hotel have comfortable bedrooms and pillows. They might take some more time to get your room ready. Hotel location is very good.

The suite-style rooms are the best, very nice, clean, modern. Up to 5 people fit in one room. The price of these oscillates at 3, 000. The simple rooms are not that bad. The restaurant is nice and the breakfast buffet is rich, especially the corn bread and chocolate, the juice of Maracuya very recommended, you have to try it. The coffee was also very good. Very friendly staff. It is also located in a strategic point of the city.

Easy check in. Reception was very accommodating and polite even though I got there at 1AM. The staff aims at excellent customer service and will answer all questions about the facilities and what to do and see in the city. The hotel has great facilities and amenities. The Wi-Fi was great too! Overall, I had a great stay and definitely will be my place to stay next time I visit.

It is a good hotel to have events and get some rest in the days of the same. We had a test and in no time saturated the elevators, lacking food or we had some drawback. Highly recommended.

This time I went to a private event. Very comfortable, elegant room. Small waiting room, but very comfortable. Highly recommended, they have free Wi-Fi and you can have the computers:)

I have been a guest of this hotel for years and they have always respected me a company rate. This time get tired from the trip and thanks to an employee of the name Leonardo who said the Manager I could not stay. He would not respect the rate. Pity because it was my hotel preferred now thanks to Leonardo I lost as a guest.

Lousy! Book through amex travel online already had a quite affordable rate and showed a hotel 4-star. I found an old hotel, dirty facilities. The worst, while we slept a Scorpion walked over my head. The internet never worked. We fled the next morning even though we had paid for 3 nights.
