Our first stay in Zihua was at Hotel Caracol. Location, pool and breakfast are wonderful. Maid service and staff were fine.

Terrible service they give rooms far away to disabled people and people with babies tell you that when the elevator does not work we call such a number but they end up doing crazy and do not answer I

I stayed here at an Airbnb and it was very pleasant. Quiet nice space. Felt safe. 10 minute drive to the ocean 5 minute drive to the lagoon. Outdoor swimming pool at every condominium.

I have stayed several times and enjoyed it every time.
