The price is too much for what it offers, there are definitely better options.
The pool is icy, the rooms are very basic, the minibar is empty, the safe is useless, and the Wi-Fi is lousy.
The restaurant was much better before when it was called Mexican rose.
Of course, the view of its Terraces is very beautiful.

The hotel is beautiful and picturesque, super cute and the pink tones and simple and careful details create a perfect atmosphere, the views in the restaurant and the Terraces are an excellent plus.

An enormous disappointment, especially for the price and supposed quality of the hotel. We paid for a junior suite in what we thought was an attractive hotel with quality services. What we found was quite different. Poor Wi-Fi signal in the room (I had to go and sit outside the restaurant for a decent signal), a small pool with only four sunbeds). Worst of all, our suite (303) was just below an area rented out by the hotel for private events. Every night we heard the sound of people getting drunk, screams, dropped glasses and loud music until 11:30pm. It only stopped because I complained. So, potentially a hotel that would warrant four stars from a guest (it looks nice, is clean, in a good part of town) but our experience was not pleasant. I hope you have better luck if you choose to stay here.

Excellent beautiful view service.

It has very good view, comfortable rooms, basic but very very nice.

The hotel is very nice to my I play an avitation master suite and it was what I expected the service room is the best, its staff was very attentive in everything, I would only ask for a new aria for children apart from the pool, from outside everything was wonderful.

The pool has boiler, only close to the villas does not handle the internet very well, the view is amazing and in the rooms has coffee maker. All very clean.

The hotel has excellent views of taxco from its restaurant which also has a very rich meal. The pool and jacuzzi are very nice. The only and important problem is that you hear too much noise in the rooms. You could hear absolutely everything from the two rooms next door which is a big problem if they come talking loudly at 2am. You can also listen to the music of the restaurant even in the mornings starting at 8am.

Es un hotel muy bonito con una vista maravillosa a Santa Prisca. Las habitaciones son acogedoras y el servicio de las personas que trabajan en el hotel es excelente. Tuvimos un problema con el microondas y lo cambiaron de inmediato. Mi abuelita está en silla de ruedas y el personal del hotel nos ayudó a bajarla y a subirla siempre. Siempre fueron muy amables con nosotros.

It'S an excellent place. The staff is the best and the rooms very nice, it's the 4th time I return.

We only had breakfast that not only was delicious but also reasonable. The sweet rolls were light and flavorable. The views are great. At the time of our visit hotel guests were enjoying the hot tub. Highly recommend.
