Amazing culture, people, food, rooms, views, activities, beaches, staff, drinks… the list goes on and on. It’s the perfect place to set all of your cares aside and enjoy life! The entertainment team, Gabby, Dhumar, Osvaldo, Enrique, and Cesar, are unforgettable and sooo much fun! They make sure you are enjoying your time at the pool and the day flies by! Not to mention the restaurant staff Javier, Luis, Tomas, Eduardo, Jesus, Dagoberto, and many more were amazing! Although I do not speak Spanish well, they spoke great English and even helped and taught me some Spanish! We had the same waiter on the beach every day, Cesar, who was awesome and on top of it with lunch and drinks! Oh and the nightly shows were incredible! The circus and traditional Mexican show are shows like I’ve never seen before! My sister and I travelled for my birthday and everyone made sure to celebrate during every meal! We met so many beautiful families and friends at the resort while vacationing! I can’t wait to go back next year!

A very nice excellent experience all on site is a very quiet place.

Is a good place to rest, the people are very kind, the food is fine but the menu is very small, (if you have all inclusive that compensate). They have a kayake and bicycle tour, diving class, aerobics and other activities, also they have their own transport in the club (beach-room)

El lugar es hermoso. La mejor vista de la bahía definitivamente. Las habitaciones son lo máximo: bonitas y cómodas. Eso de tener cocina en el cuarto es un plus insuperable. Las personas son muy amables, todos te saludan y se ofrecen a ayudar. Lo único malo es que en el voley de playa si se nos va al techo no nos ayudan a bajarlo y tampoco nos dejan subir por él.

Es un lugar precioso con unas hermosas vistas pero con un servicio si bien no excelente, pasable.

El lugar siempre está limpio y ordenado, el servicio es de calidad y muy eficiente, a pesar del tamaño cuenta con transporte interno. Las actividades son muy variadas y la comida siempre tiene un gran sabor. Quizá el único detalle sea la movilidad para personas con discapacidad, hay muchas escaleras y se necesitan más rampas. Pero es un gran lugar para vacacionar.

The gym sucks!
The food is bad, especially the desserts. In case you consider paying all inclusive, choose to buy your things.

From day one we were assigned bad room, when trying to change he told us that the "sales team" of Pacifica is different from "sales" of the hotel, by the way thanks to Alma for his lousy attitude and treatment. Afterwards we have learned that being only 2 nights we only have the right to eat in a restaurant as for more options you should stay more days.
To start a day you must go to book a palapa in advance with "the lord of the palapas" to see if you reach, … in the restaurant you can't leave are sign to see if you leave a tip or not.
The phones failed, so wait for more than 20 minutes for a transport, a hotel where you must think about what your itinerary will be, because otherwise you go the day in transfers and wait.
The "bar" is only open 2 days a week, so after 10:30pm you no longer have anywhere to have a drink, or water.
The attention of the staff in the service area is good, in the kitchen area is quite helpful, the waiters always have a smile but the administrative staff is GREAT with the full length of the word.
Sometimes it's good to try new options, but this time it's been a bad experience, going on a trip with a bad taste in the mouth, knowing that you wouldn't recommend lodging here, where you have 10 vs 0 positive reviews of the place, where you know you didn't enjoy it according to the standards of a "holiday. Finally, you get entry at 4pm and you have to check out at 10am.

It Was from my favorite hotels until I travelled with a family member in a wheelchair and realized that there is not a single toilet adapted adequately for the handicapped as well as very few ramps. I complain countless times and received a rather deplorable attention. In all other respects it is a great hotel but THEY HAVE to adapt their spaces for all type D people.

Excellent hotel resort in a beautiful rustic style complex. Very friendly staff in all areas. Great massage at the spa. There are daily activities for young and old, for those that don't want to just sit on the beach or pool hop. Very clean, my suite had a little pool to sit in and enjoy the view. Not all the food was great, but what was, was delicious. The breakfast buffet was very tasty with good variety. It great place for vacation!

Peaceful. Without a doubt, the resort is best located in Ixtapa. Excellent service and full of details for their members and guests. Don't hesitate and visit this beautiful place.

Had a great time mostly stayed on the property. The people that work on the property are very nice and friendly some know English and some don't.

The views are stunning and the place very cozy. Breakfast at the lighthouse is very rich.
However the treatment of the staff could improve, at times they let see their anger towards the people and their annoyance is noticeable to their potential clients, that leaves much to be desired with respect to their professionalism.

Stay AWAY from Pacifica Ixtapa. They’ll promise you the moon and deliver on nothing. I was embarrassed and humiliated by the “on duty” manager, Tony Gomez. It’s an RCI high pressure blunder the minute they lure you in. As a regular (non timeshare) guest, management bothered us. There are many beautiful places in Ixtapa that far exceed Pacifica’s commercial and touristy atmosphere. It’s far below par.

The place is very beautiful, but its managers treat you badly when they see that you are not going to buy them a timeshare even until they are rude. Even before they want to sell you, the ones who solve the problems are the common employees. A Nestor (manager) booked us a place to dine in Zihuatanejo, not the peaceful resort, and we didn't even clarify that we had to leave the hotel for dinner. On the other hand, peaceful is a perfect place to rest. As others say the food is rich and the view from the lighthouse is spectacular.

The place is amazing, ideal for resting, relaxing and having fun. But it has several points that can improve: 1. To get a palapa to be on the beach you have to get up early to book because reservations are at 8 am but in high season the row is done from 7 am and if you are going to rest the least you want is to vanty early and make an hour-and-a-half line to book a place. 2. No variety of food in Buffet restaurant is always the same pasta, pizza and chicken nothing else. 3. Night shows are somewhat boring. 4. Check out must be done at 10 am when everywhere is done at 12 pm. Now the highlights. 1. Dinners in specialty restaurants are delicious. 2. The staff in all areas is very attentive. 3. The facilities are very nice especially the cable car that gives a very good plus to the place. I recommend going in low season to be able to enjoy to the fullest an amazing holiday like the ones we spent.

It is a very quiet place for rest.
And it has everything that you need.
And it is very close to the village where you find good restaurants and curiosities as a souvenir.

This is a good family resort. The beach is really nice but the undertoll can be has some times A nice selection of good restaurants on site — have to check which one is open each day.

Excellent service, amazing facilities! All the staff are very attentive. It has good classes, scuba diving and activities. The only thing to improve is definitely the food. No taste. But it's all great besides that.

I am fascinated of my favorite places to vacation and especially the service and attention is always a great seller Alejandro Terrazas Frank — Fox — super cute.

While the rooms were nice we were unable to fully enjoy our stay mostly due to the lack of mobility. The hotel grounds are built on the side of a mountain and the only way to get around is by taking the hike either up to the lobby or down to the pool area. This would not be such a problem if there were parking spaces available near the rooms, but that was not the case. Our parking space was approximately 1/4 mile away up-hill which is never fun to walk in 85°+ weather with 80% humidity. To finish our stay we learned that the price we were quoted at check-in included a mandatory sit down breakfast to listen to their sales agent pitch us a time share which we had absolutely no interest in buying into. If we refused the rate more than doubled! This would not have been an issue had it been disclosed upon checking in, but it was not. This caused us to lose an entire morning of our already short vacation. All in all this experience left a very sour tase in our mouths and we can say with certainty that we will not be staying at another of these hotels or recommending to our friends. Had it not been for the shady business practices we would've rated a 3-4 but I cannot recommend an establishment with practices like these.

Just the view is worth going to this restaurant! But then the food… Just all in all very good! Food, view and the serenading.

Terrible customer service. Not clear and racist, they give special attention to foreign people, not national.

I don't like anything the food is not varied and was cold and flavored with egg and in addition the membership is carisima. It is a total theft and want to make you believe that being a member is cheaper.

Excellent place, the view is the best of Ixtapa as it is located on a hill, has several places to eat inside the complex, has several pools at various levels of the place. The beach lets you wish as it is small, but definitely strive to keep it in good shape. They have endless activities within, from a bohemian night, theatre, live shows, competitions, etc. The service is excellent, always attentive and very friendly. The rooms are very nice, however they have several types of rooms, I recommend asking for all types of rooms as there are differences between room. It has a shuttle service inside the place, because it is on a hill and a cable car that takes you to the different levels and gives you an excellent view and experience. It is definitely an excellent place, I would recommend it for my satisfactory visit.

It's an exquisite place. Seven years visiting this place and without any complaints. You eat very rich, you rest, an amazing attention of the staff, all very clean there are many recreational activities is a very large complex with many swimming pool, a totally familiar atmosphere… I really love it!

Hay varios puntos positivos y negativos. Positivo es la comida en los restaurantes, siempre muy rica y variada. En especial la cena especial en el faro es muy buena. El servicio interno de transporte es bueno para moverte dentro de las instalaciones aunque aveces no te ven y se pasan de largo. Negativo es el trato del personal. En especial la gente que está en los restaurantes de la playa. Quizás tuve mala suerte pero creo que es un área para mejora. Las instalaciones de las habitaciones son buenas sin embargo como el hotel está sobre El Monte, resulta difícil moverte si no es por medio del transporte interno y aún así hay bastantes escaleras.

El servicio de el lugar, es muy personalizado, los meseros en la playa intentan aprenderse que pides y te traen lo que tu quieres ya sin preguntar eso me encanto. Las actividades en dl hotel son divertidas. Aunque mejoraria un poco los shows, y el servicio de los cocineros de bufet aun que es bueno se queda abajo de todos los demas.

Well second time been beaten out of my room in senior sands and they do anything about it. Then get my real room next week when leavin early. Isn't that gr8. Not. Always a story, I should known better, since broken ribs I got in this facility I was laid up whole vacation because shower broke flooding caused my fall 2nd day here. Broke 7 ribs. Any compensation no. Ms Rivas.

El servicio y las instalaciones son muy buenas, la comida aun que es buena podria mejorar sobre todo en el restaurante que esta a pie de playa.

The rooms, the more beautiful are the AQUA, they have a privileged view, but the hotel has many stairs and not on all sides it is easy to access for the elderly. The beach area usually I get to the sea very choppy. Lately they started to charge for the internet and the free one they give you is SUPER slow. It makes me seem rude to pay so much for not having a service that all hotels have, and that comes included in the room. Outside of that it is a family hotel with large rooms and many swimming pools. In some there is service of food and drinks but is slow.

The hotel is very large, one of which sold vacation plans and you embark on a breakfast of 4 hours, the location is good and the service in general also, it is built on the mountain by which you move is more complex, they have vehicles that take you from one side to the other but sometimes are slow and the heat is usually strong, the beach is quite far away from most of the rooms and the restaurant of the buffets next to the beach. The food is regular, in general the same thing every day, nothing out of the ordinary, the restaurants such as the lighthouse and the lobby are good but you can't go all day and there is that book. The alcoholic beverages included are regular, have some good but as soon as you neglect it you serve the “battle”, a special mention to the restaurant “The Sigh” in their other hotel in Zihuatanejo (Pacific Grand), is delicious and the service exceptional, super recommended.

I like to pass on a Peaceful summer vacation because the place is beautiful, has great views and many things with which to entertain. The sea is wonderful, sometimes very quiet and sometimes a little strong. The pools are ideal for families, although the beach is always very full and just grey at the end of the day; but the others are very quiet.

Was there as an invite to see if there was any interest in owning a suite. They treated us well and showed us around the area as well as a complimentary breakfast for taking the time to look at the resort. Can be quite busy and a little far from the beach.

Beautiful beach, everything else is subpar. Everywhere closes at 6 or is open randomly every other day. There is nothing within walking distance and you will climb flight after flight of slick, steep stairs to get anywhere. Really a cheap destination that you will be sick of after 48 hours.
