Super clean, easy check-in and check out. Underground parking, nice amenities. What I loved the most was how clean everything was. The room, the bedsheets, bathroom, etc. 100% satisfied!

Over the years I’ve used this hotel and they had something different in service…don’t get me wrong still good but they had little extra touch, like even soda/beer in each room other than water.

My husband, I and many friends have stayed at the Hacienda for the past three winters. It is the perfect place for us and the many guests who return annually.

Lovely small hotel — beautiful setting in the historic city-center of Querétaro. Great location, comfortable rooms, very nice stay. Great breakfast and Nespresso machine in the room. Very relaxing.

The hotel is very convenient located, few steps from the poliforum or the stadium. Front desk is always so nice and prompt to help. The only no great point is the food.

Nice hotel. Staff was great, breakfasts were very good — on the higher end for Mexico. Would most definitely stay there again.
For the kitchen staff, you need to pay attention to your room service.

Had to attend a conference here, stayed in the room with the patio downstairs. I liked that it was very quiet and the peacefulness.

We felt very cared for at Hacienda Las Amantes, but also given space and solitude which we appreciated. Very comfortable and clean rooms with lots of charm. Wonderful home cooked breakfast.

If you want to stay in a gorgeous property in the centro, don’t hesitate to stay here. Everything was absolutely perfect. There are so many beautiful things to look at around the hacienda!

This place is a great stay, in the middle of nowhere but surrounded by a beautiful vineyard.

We stayed two nights and the first afternoon they didn't have food to prepare for us and we had to go out to eat somewhere else.

Good location, great service. Has what you would expect from a Crowne and a bit more. Restaurant and bar offers very good food options and floors have extra security which ensures peace.

It was our first time visit in Leon to meet some potential business deal. I was not familiar with the City so I asked my friend who has been in Leon for business meetings.

Santísima Trinidad in Dolores Hidalgo, Guanajuato, is an absolutely beautiful place to visit.

My first visit to the resort for a tranquil lunch by the lagoon. The focaccia bread was excellent with the balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

Beautiful vineyard with the nicest couple as owners. They made breakfast for my aunt and I and took us to the airport. There is now where better in Quirétero to stay.

The room was ok for me, the bed made noise every time I moved and there was not enough pressure in the shower, the water came out boiling or cold, we stayed 2 nights and they only left us coffee

Great hotel! I love that they have the Japanese toilets with bidet and a heated toilet seat. The employees are very friendly and the atmosphere of the hotel is calm and relaxed like in Japan.

One of the nicest hotels we've ever had the pleasure of staying at. Also the most dog friendly room ever. We stayed in Bernabe suite which has a beautiful lawn out front.

Casa Estrella de la Valenciana is a charming boutique hotel perched on a hillside above Guanajuato’s Valenciana neighborhood. Perfect views of Guanajuato City!

The location is perfect very quiet street few minutes from the center.
The restaurant is really good. The rooms are nice with a nice view they are spacious and the bathroom is big.

Classic Colonial Hotal with beautiful grounds and a very central location. Only stay here if you want the true colonial feel. If you like more touristy, go to the Hyatt!
