Very small Hotel. There is No parking and the restaurant works on a very limited schedule. No Elevator. But if you intend to stay the night and stay close to the center, this hotel meets the goal.

Very simple as your breakfast… clean and good location.

The hotel is very nice and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast only includes fruit and coffee so you'll soon be hungry.

Although the place is quiet and has a relatively good location, many things can be improved: * Cleanliness of the rooms * treatment and interaction with the client (I make clear that we were never treated rudely, but can improve) * Maintenance of the Rooms (door handles, for example)

It is somewhat old and sloppy, the rooms are small, give the feeling of dirt, the bathroom is dreadful, there is no mat passing out of the shower, there is nowhere to put your shampoo or at least a soapbox, the hard keys and full of tartar, the dirty floor…
If there is no other place they go, it is cheap but expensive for what they offer.

Very good service. Clean and comfortable room, with air conditioning and television. Spacious bathroom. While it is true that it is small and could be heard from some other tenant, it turned out to be a very good place to rest. As previously mentioned in some reviews, parking is removed from the hotel. I didn't measured it, but it will be something like 500 m and has an affordable cost. The lighting is perfect for resting, although perhaps not enough for long reading. Outside of those details, the overall experience was very good, with fruit, a portion of toast and coffee included in the morning, a quiet and clean atmosphere, and great friendliness from the staff. I'd certainly come back.

Excellent for sleeping although very small rooms is good for business trip, very simple breakfast included. No parking.

The hotel is very well located in the historic center, the rates are good, the staff is very friendly and warm, breakfast included is adequate. The only detail is that the walls in the rooms are somewhat thin and you hear the noise from the cintricate room. And the doors don't have a key-only pin.

Bad experience. The door of my room did not close and obvious I could not sleep; the "breakfast" is just coffee and fruit, the bath towels are broken, the smell of the drainage comes out; in the end. I would not recommend it for anything.

The truth was I wasn't enough to give a blunt opinion about the hotel itself, but from what I could see it is a very good hotel and with an excellent location.

It Is a good hotel for the price, but there are details that could be improved, and make the place a super hotel. The quality of the towels and the accessories could make a big difference. The Service of the staff is good.

The sheets do not change them when another guest arrives full of dirt and crumbs, soiled towels, a lot of noise, you would hear the snoring of the guest of the room on the side. Really bad. Not recommended.

To be only to rest meets the necessary.
Bathroom, hot-cold water, TV, two comfortable, a wardrobe for storing clothes, table, double bed, air conditioning in case you need it.
Breakfast included.

It Is Cheap and well located, although the design of the building and the rooms does not allow to rest properly as it filters the noise heavily.

Pesimo service, have a gentleman who attended me the day Dec 09 2017 in Evening shift, which offends you, is very rude and racist with the guests, apart from that the dirty room, it shows that only tend the beds and do not check that this clean the room… Not recommended.

Manager is very nice. He cares about his guesses.

I had a very bad experience because — sold the rooms and I warned the same day that I came to Queretaro. I already had the room paid and even so not respected my book and not I warned with time for to solve it. I arrived in the city without hotel, was in the street and take off not wanting to responsible. It was an ordeal, I reallocated in a very old hotel and far away from the center that was the area to where I needed to go, the worst experience.

I am not going to judge so strong because it was not really so expensive. However, neither my partner nor my convinces us that you listen in bed everything that happens at the hotel. Not having to walk several blocks to go by your car to a parking lot that all was safe.
The breakfast was so sad and raw as the attitude of the Manager. Or a glass of water gives you and when you feel goes and tells you that up to the other tables to eat you will attend to you.
Spend around 800 pesos in total that I could spend on the Luxxor or hotel One by the same but it lulled by the distance from the Center. Sadly I do not recommend it. From our experience it only good was the bed…

If you do not have more options use it, but if you find a hostel, it is definitely better to this place.
