Great experience! Beautiful restaurant in a hotel courtyard, right near Jardin Zenea which is the main square. They bring out free chips & salsa as an appetizer. The staff was very friendly and there was live music. We had the mixed fajitas which were so flavorful! It came with chicken & steak, queso, guacamole, peppers, onions and tortillas. Great price and portion! It is a little more expensive than some smaller restaurants but the atmosphere and food make up for it. They also have their menu online both in spanish and english. I recommend Restaurante La Llave!

The walnut pancake… It's the delight in the morning! Their avocado sauces, the martajadas that do 🌶 chopped! Your horchata water! It is a delight and pleasure to eat there! And it's not a paid review… I am a regular customer, it is from the same owners of the Leonesa grill. The quality of their food… It says it all!

Nice views and great location.

The location is excellent, the staff very friendly. The rooms are small but very nice, has a restaurant in the central courtyard that gives a very cozy typical atmosphere. Bad points is that it has no weather or own parking although they have an agreement with a parking lot where you can leave your car all night for 80 pesos this one is a little withdrawn so if you arrive at night you will have to walk around 5 or 10 minutes until the hote I don't know if it's safe.

Very good food and prices are quite affordable. I think they could charge a little more and increase the portions on the day's menus. Otherwise the place is very comfortable and nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It's a good dry hotel. The single rooms have what you need to have a good night's rest and nothing else. The highlight is the restaurant La Llave that is located there, perfect place for a good meal without leaving the premises and at a reasonable price considering the value for money. The location is great as it is centrally located, so getting around to attractions is quite quick and easy.

Great location butt the room is very small and there’s no fresh air! No window, only the door. Sleeping with the door left open seems the only way to get some oxigene. As for privacy: door open or closed makes no difference for the noise or lack of privacy. Almost logical there’s no warm water: you’ll boil after some hours on the bed…! Never again we’ll be here. Too bad.

A very nice hotel, colonial, has a great service very friendly, is in all the historical center of Queretaro, ideal for tourism, the room very clean and nice, the only downside is that it has no window and with the heat of the time if it was a little incóm Odo in the evenings as the one that the fan was not powerful enough to refresh the room.

Beautiful almost 200 year old hotel with all the modem convenienes. Our room opened up to the street below so we were able to see and listen to the the street musicians playing classical music and watch the legend of the city performers. The courtyard restaurant is a real treat with natural light coming from above.

The place is nice, the facilities are good, if you touch remodeled room. What I really find unacceptable is that the hotel will continually run out of water. In two days are three times we were without water and so commented is a problem that come suffering continually and do not solve.

What I liked the most was its location, you can know the downtown of Queretaro walking, everything is close. No parking. What they can improve are the bathrooms, the rooms of a double bed, the bathroom is very small and others lack natural ventilation to the bathroom. If I would go back for the location!

It is an excellent hotel that has a good location as it is in the historic center and when you leave it you can visit some or shops close to it. The downside is that in the bedroom there was no chair, I had some problems with the TV and the room didn't have a nice view.

It is good the location as it is in a tourist area, has fan, hot water, it is excellent stay only a small mistake that in the evenings passes some cold since the sheets hardly heat up, a recommendation would be that they install sheets that warm up a little more to their customers.

It looks renovated and is comfortable. They took the key to get a copy and I could not get my coat, I had to buy another in Bernal. Unexpected and unnecessary expenses.

It is right in the centre of Queretaro and everything is in walking distance. In the hotel there is also a restaurant which serves great food as well.

The oldest hotel in Queretaro is beautiful and a testament to Mexican history. You literally have architectural and cultural wonders in all possible walking directions.

Right on the downtown, acceptable rooms it is an old house but nice place. The only issue we had was the communication (the phone number may be incorrect)

According to its, this hotel has great advantages of being cheap … and right in the Center. Unfortunately things come to an end here. The rooms are tiny, the lock on my door was so precarious that would stretch a shove to get into the room, I didn't trust to leave valuables. Breakfast is not included in the price, the parking is a few blocks away. The soundproofing is pitiful, if you have the misfortune (as happened to us) to have alongside families with small children who spend the night crying … Good luck. The hotel is worth the price of an overnight stay, but nevertheless I expected better. Ideal for a visit hit and run, for passing tourists willing to make sacrifices in return for budget accommodation in the Center. The other, leave quietly lose.

Rooms comfortable, cozy and clean, like the bathroom, that includes shampoo, soaps and towels clean.
Unique detail: there is parking attached to the hotel, the car must be taken to a remote parking lot about two or three blocks from the place.
