Nice hotel, but the bathroom doors of the rooms look old. Beds and pillows, very comfortable. The receptionist's service left much to be desired. We only stayed one night, we were a family reunion. We arrived 1 couple of hours before check in, and we could not "give the room x that we arrived earlier, I had to explain to the srita that we were going to a party, and q my wife and her sister needed to change, and beg us to give us x at least 1 room so that they could be fixed. Anyway x this reason I rate it with 2 stars.

Very spacious and clean room. Breakfast buffet a little expensive, but tasty. Mrs. Lupita prepares quesadillas and eggs to taste very good taste. The location seems somewhat unsafe, the service is very regular as it took me more than 45 minutes to bring me an iron and a donkey to iron (since there was not in the room) the attention was somewhat unprofessional. The bed is a little hard and stiff. Overall I find it an old 90's hotel but what I liked was the restaurant.

Nice place. But very locked in the hallways. The rug like it's gone. The minibar was not served. The pool area is not very well groomed. If I would pay attention to certain points.

It is a great place, the people who attend are friendly, the room that we touched is very spacious and was for two people, has TV, minibar, tub and shower, a table with chairs, comfortable litter, the view was very good. It was very nice my stay there, in the surroundings has places to eat or dine, Oxxo and pharmacies for anything you need.

My room (318) is nearby to the system for heat the water so was noisy but a soon as I call reception they change us to the room 310 so my boy could sleep. The pool can be cold. Has lift and the rooms are so big. No bell boy available. Depends on the traffic is 10 to 20 minutes to the tourist attractions.

The room per se was quite nice. A big comfy bed and enough space. The restaurant had good enough — not great — — food.

The experience in the hotel was excellent. The treatment by the employees was excellent, they are friendly and focused on they work. The way the guests have to use the key card is succesful because they need it to open the main dolor and turn on the lights. So, while they are inside the room they shouldn't lose the key card because it is in a specific place and it is excellent. The room was in perfect condition to feel comfortable. It was clean and organizated. Aside, the sound of the air aconditioner isn't annoying, the electric device like TV are old, and Wi-Fi signal was kind of low but it works ok. The food is good. In conclusión, the price of the hotel is good according to the services provided and the confortable it feels.

Eeeww place, would not stay there, moved to the Marriott. They misstated their services. Marriott price was comparable, bad side of town too.

The room it's very clean and the service it's exellent.

It is a nice place and the food is good enough.

The good: they had clean rooms, nice bathrooms with a big tub, and good air conditioning, nice king sized bed, not many guests, so it was very quiet.
The bad: the maid service failed to leave new towels, there was no Wi-Fi in the rooms, pool was closed early, fridge didn't work, no remote for the TV, no volume on the TV (very old TV).
We enjoyed Queretaro, but we will not go back to this hotel.
