I found a hotel with pool and jacuzZi muddy. Terrible attention to my arrival by the receptionist. Very noisy. Total disappointment in my favorite place which is Bernal 😪

The facilities are nice and nice, the rooms comfortable, although there are some forgotten areas like the super cold pool. The service and attention I did not like, they lack to be hospitable, they are very careless with the comfort of the guest.
The breakfast is very rich, the views are nice and the perfect location.
Overall have a good stay, if I recommend it.

My experience was not very good, we were given the worst rooms where we heard all the talk of the people who are eating, they only have a TV channel, the bathroom hygiene is not very good (there were red hairs stuck on the shower wall), they did not warn in advance that there was no access to the pool which should have warned since the reservation was made and because in fact it is the appeal of the place : (

We fell in love and fascinated with this hotel that looks like something out of a story! it is simply spectacular in its design and details in every corner. Since you arrive at the parking lot it steals your breath and you can not help but admire the imposingness of the monolith, because its location is unique. The service by the receptionists and coffeemakers is top notch, always making sure everything is excellent. The food in your restaurant is delicious, with good presentation and portions in each dish. The rooms are very clean and comfortable.
It is a pride that in our country you will find a hotel with this magic and charm, surpassing many from abroad. It's definitely our favorites, we didn't want to check out! Thank you very much for all your attentions left your mark on my family, we will be back soon!

The hot tub never worked. It's all dirty. I ordered to eat and it turns out there's no cheff. Because he had a problem. And they don't solve anything. They stayed to give me back my deposit since I left and I didn't sleep because they, charged me for breakfast which they didn't assure me they were going to have it because they didn't know if the cheff was coming. So far they haven't returned it.

Excellent place, the reception girls very friendly, José Antonio who helps you with the bags is very efficient. The kitchens are great and the pot coffee ufff delicious. It is the second time we stayed in that hotel and super delighted. The great cava. It's as magical a place as the Peña. I recommend at dusk-dark feel to talk looking at the Peña. Fantastic with the company of a good red.

Absolutely stunning hotel with amazing design. Very charming with a great staff! Definitely a hidden gem, but not for long. Alejandro was kind enough to give us a tour of the property. This hotel is 5 Star all the way!

Without a doubt the best place to rest in Bernal, not only with the view of the rock but also with its skirt as a wall… Just a magical place…
