The hotel is very clean and my room was also very. My room had a great views that included a view of the mountains and the city. On one of the days of our we had a terrific view of the moon over the mountains and on another we has a view of a double rainbow. It may have help that our room was on the 8th floor. The breakfast were very good with an assortment of sliced fruit and whole fruit. The hot breakfast eggs mixed with ham or a Denver mix. There was also chilaquiles Mexico style. We had a ever morning fresh squeeze orange juice. The hotel is centered in a shopping area with retail, restaurants and night clubs. The two larges storesin walking distance is Walmart and Sam's. A little farther is a very large shopping mall with one of it the large store being Liverpool.

Fairfield inn is perfectly located within a shopping center area offering diverse stores and restaurants. Walmart and Sam's are within walking distance for family shopping and emergency supplies. A tastyfull breakfast is offered with helpful attendants and a very friendly front desk staff.

Good rooms but without fridge in the room. Good breakfast and nice staff.

Good for shopping as it’s right inside mall area and just across the street from the Antea. Only downside was that soundproofing was not very good. You can hear rooms around you.

The restaurant it's clean and it's delicius, the service perfect Andrés location it's very beautifull.

Pros staff is very helpful, location was good Cons there is a night club with loud ugly music from about 11pm to 4am which kept us awake until we figured out how to set the account to high always on. Elevator floor very dirty. Went out all day and room had not been cleaned at 4pm when we returned The loud music is a deal breaker for me.

Lousy experience. They reserve a room for 4 people with a kingdoms size bed. And since there are no rooms available they can't solve you. When they solve they put a bed that leaves you without space. Breakfast very bad and everyday the same. The cleaning of Tardisimo rooms now is 6:27 in the afternoon and they have not done so. The sprinklers are full of scale and there is no pressure on them. The rooms smell like moisture. They are not given to Basto when there are numerous guests lacking staff. Check Inn Tardisimo. And see what else we find in the days left that we already paid and there is no return. That disappointment because we thought that belonging to the Marriot group would be good hotel.

The hotel is nice to rest, you do not pay parking because it is a courtesy for being guest, that the truth helps. It is located in a square therefore there is option to eat, dine. Its cleaning items are very good, the staff is very friendly. The only horrible thing is the breakfast, it is very "agringado" lacking variety and seasoning.

I have spent over 100 nights in a Queretaro hotel over the last nine months. The Fairfield Inn by Marriott is the best choice. It's the best value. It's also in a very safe area. Nightly rates are very reasonable. Plenty of parking. Great desk supervisor, Stéphanie! A very good breakfast is included and the breakfast staff is fantastic, hard workers or are not out to push for tips. The hotel is within a block of Starbuck's, a great seafood restaurant, and has many other dining options including a food court, &Wing's Daddy. Location is great on the hill behind Walmart, just off 57. It's within a block of Sam's Club, Office Depot, an ice skating rink, F1 indoor race track, etc. The Antea Mall is just across 57). Location is great. Hotel staff is very helpful and courteous. Exercise room has everything you need.

A small hotel, however is new a good location 10 minutes from downtown in via easy access, nestled in a Amolio shopping center, all available at low prices.

Lousy service in the reservation, I spoke to request reports for change in a reservation I have and tell me one thing, I talk again to confirm the change and give me other information with other costs, made the change and at the time I send the confirmation of Change by mail no modification was made! I return to check and it turns out that the information I had been given in the previous 3 calls was wrong and they did not make any changes!

Nice hotel, located in a quite nice shopping area. The prices are somewhat high in relation to the services they offer, because although the rooms are not bad, they lack amenities that justify the price. There are no signs to get to the hotel easily.

As nice as any Fairfield hotel you'll find in the US. Convenient location, all desk clerks speak English and the breakfast is free with both Mexican and un-spiced options.

Poor and mediocre service; I do not recommend it… from what is redeemable its location, dirty room with hair in the bathroom, and a noisy air conditioner that does not allow you to sleep. Recommended Zero.

Excellent choice for business trips in the area of Juriquilla and/or Airport of Queretaro. New, clean and practical. The breakfast is complementary.

The reception is simple. And the restaurant is simple but in the night is cozy. The guest that was assigned by mistake to a room already occupied.

The place is located in the best comercial zone in Querétaro "Juriquilla" where you can find any service in order to have the best comfort :) I will have a lot of good memories for a long time and definitely I will go back this year.
