Good service, hotel is in excellent condition and clean. We need a little more space in the rooms, but they do. Still we did not try food in the restaurant, which in our case is buffet and is included in the price, only the breakfast.

What I like: good décor in the lobby, comfortable beds, service by the staff and breakfast.
One thing I don't like was the mandatory deposit for $1, 000. Lack of light connections and dryer stakes in the bathroom.
*I stayed here 1 time but would not do it again even though it is not so bad, but for the same price there are nearby options with better services.

The rooms are very nice, the beds quite comfortable, the pillows with the softness to have a good rest, the decoration is attractive to the view from the moment you enter the room, highlighting the foot. The breakfast they offer is very good, with what it takes for three times, but with a very good season. I understand it's a working hotel, but I think it would be nice to offer drinks at night. Since you come back tired and not wanting to leave.

Convenient location next to the Autonomous University of Queretaro. The hotel is brand new, small and cozy. Staff is fast and friendly. Breakfast buffet is included and is pretty decent. The price for the stay is a bit overpriced but better compared to other hotel in the area. Beds are not too comfy, bathroom is spacious. Cleaning could improve. They have a small gym. It is a non-smoking hotel which is very nice. They provide enough towels and toiletries. Good for one night.

Brand new executive hotel. Convenient location. Very nice ambiance and decore in the lobby and common areas. Friendly staff. Currently only has breakfast service. Overall, a great value option.
