We loved the place and the attention from the staff, mainly from our guide Mula, super recommended.

The place is very nice; close to Puente de Dios and the views… But lousy restaurant service lousy. I had never taken two hours in a restaurant waiting for a dish… Zero recommended.

The facilities are very nice and clean, but the kitchen of terrible service, a breakfast more than an hour to be served and the use of the pool is charged apart from the entrance $ 30.

The place is very nice the pool and the river you can enjoy them with tranquility, but the drinks and snacks of terrible quality, flavor and apart expensive; and the bad thing is that the restaurant is closed very early.

The place is very nice, lousy reception service, waitresses and bad service in the kitchen.
I wish the owners paid attention to these comments to offer a better service, the first day we arrived it took us two hours to be served the food in the restaurant and the worst thing is that there were no people.

I would recommend that if you come to visit bring what you need to make your own meals.

The place overall is good. Only the receptionist a little badly faced, but in the kitchen great people in their attention, and the super nice place and the accesses to the River highly recommended for those of us who have family with children or adults.

Their staff leaves much to be desired, they do not have service attitude especially the reception. For a hotel the reception is its letter of introduction.

When booking the ladies are very rude, they did not let us book for a group of 30 people who because they could not give us so many rooms. Terrible service.

*Hollow roof that lets you hear TOOOOOODO (neighbors and wildlife), it's like camping outdoors.
*Raw and dry hotel food
*Parking with many rocks and un leveled (difficult access for sedan cars).
*Uncomfortable and noisy beds.

Camped next to the river with basic showers, restrooms, pool, hotel, & restaurant. Attendant was kind and helpful. You can use a grill to cook.

This review is about the Hotel itself not the Location, we stayed at the Cabañas Aventuras, 2nd floor, the place it's very rustic, (not in the good way) every time you walk the whole floor moves, it wiggles, you can see thru the floor to the bottom, restrooms aren't the bes neither, beds are hard as a Rock very uncomfortable, now you can camp, and I guess that would be a better option but the outside restrooms and showers are disgusting, they smell horrible I used them once and almost threw up! Now the Location it's amazing, river is clean, gorgeous place I will go back, but Not to this Hotel, sorry, but restrooms needs a lot of work! \
