A very quiet, clean and beautiful✨ place very good attention, friendly and even recommend places to visit.

Cleanliness, comfort and good service.

I found it very nice and quiet is a few minutes from the center, the room was very comfortable and the best thing is that you hear the bell tower of the church in the morning and the birdsong will definitely return soon.

I was delighted with the service and attentions they gave us. The place always impeccable, Rosy our walkswoman, beautiful person, well-kept garden and portico make it have a very cool and pleasant view. The food in the restaurant is delicious.

Excellent location both to know the city and the surroundings. Very good internet signal. In some rooms the air conditioning and cable fails, but the willingness by the employees to fix the problem is very good.

It has very good location in front of the main church of the village, the rooms have hygiene, are spacious comfortable beds and has tv, in my opinion a little small. The restaurant service was a little late and they didn't have several ingredients to complete the menu. The reception was very friendly. It has a swimming pool, is clean and spacious to be able to swim or have a pleasant time.

Everything is beautiful and tropical. Classy place with good amenities and service. Wifi service is a bit weak and parking is very limited which are my only complaints.

El aire acondicionado no era suficiente para enfriar el cuarto expuesto al sol. Había que esperar en la recepción por que la chica estaba sola. El desayuno era un poco modesto para un lugar de esta categoría. No tiene estacionamiento a pesar de anunciarlo en Expedia y probablemente otro lugares. Eso sí, Jalpan y la Sierra Gorda son fantásticos, la ubicación del hotel es inmejorable si quieres estar en el centro, y el personal está muy amable y bien capacitado.

Very good service, excellent location, very good price.

As far as small, simple town hotels in Mexico go this is one of the best I have stayed in. It is not over priced like its competitors, nor is it run down or dirty. The staff is terrible kind and helpful and they produce decent food and drinks. The best part of the hotel is the patio where you can sit under lovely trees and enjoy the sun set.

Hotel Mision Japan is located in the downtown, is a small hotel just in front of the principal "Church-mision" and next to the principal museum. The rooms are average, in the back part of the hotel the road makes the hotel very noisy instead of your room is from the side of the museum it will be pretty quiet, the pool are a little bit dirty and the food is good but with limited options. The personal works with good attitude but need more technical support. Is a good option for a short trip.

Hotel right in the center, has bar and restaurant. The rooms are normal, good hygiene. The pool is a plus.

It is a chain of hotels where most of these are almost always in the main square of the place. The rooms are always clean and the beds are very comfortable. I only had a problem with the check out because at the door of the rooms they have a sign where it says it is at 13:00 hours and asking at the hotel reception I was told that the check out was at noon but that we had an hour of wildcard in case we needed E Star a little longer, which is why we decided to use it. In the end we were told of the front desk that we had to leave the room before 12:00 hours because the needed to clean it for other guests: (one last thing, if you ask for simple room it is better if you ask for double, as the cost is the same but if you ask Sencill They take a breakfast. At least they should take away the cost of breakfast in the single room.

Great location and service. It is a nice hotel right next to the Jalpan Mission. Also less than a block from the museum that is worth seeing. Also next to the main plaza. Food is also pretty good. The best place to stay in Jalpan. Staff is very helpful.

The hotel is very nice and especially well located a few meters from the center and Mision Jalpan. It has a pool. And you can find rates around $1000 if you book ahead. The only downside is that it does not have own parking but you can leave your car in the surroundings without any problems.

I liked this hotel very much! The attention provided by the staff was exceptional, the food is delicious and super affordable. The rooms are spacious and always clean, the pool has always warm water and has an acceptable size considering the size of the hotel too. It is located within steps from the main square and church, also Jalpan is a good place to stay if you wanna tour the sierra gorda queretana.

The best hotel in town, in front of the main plaza and good service from everyone in there. All this good stuff makes the hotel the most expensive.

Very comfortable and good service, however the price is high for a hotel that does not include breakfast and has no parking to leave vehicles. It is necessary to leave them parked in the street outside the hotel.

Very nice place. The staff was kind and helpfully. The bar personal is sociable. The room was clean and warm. The only downside is the lack of defined parking. But there is plenty of space at the Plaza.

It's a simple but nice hotel. Clean and comfortable.
The attention is good.
I recommend hiring the service with breakfast included as it is very rich and especially in Jalpan there are not so many options for breakfast everywhere it is basically the same so better get it at the hotel.
The only counter I see is that it has no parking and you have to leave the car parked in the square, on the street, to consider that point.
