Nice very clean good customer service.

Room smelled moldy. Wifi wouldn’t work. Beds are very uncomfortable. As for staff, the maids and helpers were wonderful. The front desk receptionists were awfully rude. They charge P100 for a lost key, which I think is outrageous.

All right, I come every week, the only bad thing is that the internet is not good and it seems that never will repair, if you have to work and occupy the Internet you can not do.

An Excellent hotel. Spacious, clean and with everything you need. The service is good and friendly. The Restaurant has variety and is economical.

Very clean both in room and throughout the hotel, comfortable bed, bath tub, rich food in the restaurant, clean pool, fitness equipment in good condition, friendly staff, one other little problem with the internet but the staff was very friendly and I give their help and F UE solved, parking security, among others. I gave five stars even with the little problem of the internet why they gave me solution.

The service of the restaurant when it is full is very slow, but the food is rich. The rooms are clean, but there seems to be some communication problems between the waitresses and the reception. They have the rooms some faults (the thermostats of the air conditioners do not work and the controls of the Teles also).

It's a huge hotel, it doesn't look or be overshadowed by anything.

A comfortable place and in good location, allows you to get out of Cd. Valleys and go to the other tourist sites of La Huasteca. The restaurant has good dishes, the enchiladas Potosinas the best and recommended. At the reception you are very well orientated on the tourist destinations of the area.

Horrible the service of the restaurant and the food, it is an old place that you notice the first one you do not want to invest money in. It's a very old and uncomfortable place.

This place is a feel like of a city express but with a touch of being home. Service is slow on all accounts but very friendly and helpful. It's very good location to visit the "Huasteca Potosina" that I enjoyed very much.
