I'm stomping on the sun, but I didn't like the service.

It is a very good place has very good service good treatment good location The rooms are clean the perfect beds The sanitary clean without any problem all your services and the only detail you have is the TV very bad reception is something you should put Attention is actually a good place and I recommend it.

Very small room and bad smell in the bathroom, smells of pipe, little staff to cater to the huedped facilities very old and very expensive for what they really offer.

The experience was so immediately terrible we decided to find another hotel within an hour of arriving. The room smelled terrible, the sheets were dirty, there was no hot water in the shower, the air conditioning was loud, the TV only had 2 channels that worked, the Wi-Fi didn't work at all. The air in the room felt stale, and rightfully so because there were no windows that could be opened. Furniture was disgusting.

El hotel se ve bonito pero sus instalaciones son viejas. Es complicado sentirse agusto por el olor a drenaje que a veces surge del lavabo. La atención en el restaurante no es la mejor, ya que su personal es distraído y un poco lento. No lo recomendaría mucho. Sólo si es la única opción.

Nice hotel to stay near the center.

Clean downtown. Nice family surrounded by shops good economic food. Film. I like.

The room was a good size and beds were comfortable. Bathroom looked updated, but, shower handle was broken. I had booked my room through Expedia for 2 adults and 2 14 yr. Old teenagers. I paid online. When I got to the hotel, they tried to charge me for the 2 teenagers. I told the frontdesk about my reservation and infornation. They did not want to honor the price. I got on the phone with expedia, they contacted the hotel, and solved the problem.

Nice hotel But when I went it averio the boiler and there was no hot water.

I had very bad experience at that hotel, it was a group and to begin with never helped us with the suitcases and if they charged the service, but the worst was that me and another person ate the bedbugs, I could not leave as all the hotels were full and to retribuinos us They gave a better room and a courtesy of two days at any hotel mission, which I get tired of asking them and never wanted to make valid.

Excellent resting place, very good facilities and despite the warmth of the city, the weather inside the hotel and the rooms is very nice, and the service from all the diners is also very good, widely recommended.

It is a good option with pool and comfortable rooms. On the main Boulevard. Close to downtown and self service shops as the city is small. You can call and ask for breakfast promotions included. The buffet is very good. The staff is very friendly.

This hotel has great beds, good service, good restaurant with others close by. It's in walking distance of almost everything you need and is right across the street from the bus station where you can go just about everywhere in comfortable coaches.

The hotel is somewhat old but its services work at 100%, the employees are very friendly. The restaurant is very good but something expensive for the kind of food they serve. The Hotel is very good and the location is great.

The hotel food was excellent the hotel needs remodeling.

Lousy! The hotel is old! On one side of the hotel they are building so from 7 am it is impossible to sleep and at the reception they do not notice. The value for money is very bad! Don't stay here.

El staff es muy amable, pero el servicio NO es bueno. En tres noches que he estado aquí no he tenido agua caliente, el restaurante no es bueno, el cuarto apesta a humedad. Y el Wi-Fi (no tengo señal de celular) es muy intermitente.

The deal since a person arrives is excellent, the rooms were left ready if you went out to explore the surroundings like going to Xilitla for example; But what I did not like was the facilities, such as the bathroom door and entrance, are details that need to be corrected for a better stay.

Old facilities, clean as far as it goes, hot water takes 5 minutes to get out. The TV didn't look good, it hurt the eyes.

Por lo que pague esperaría algo mejor. El voltaje todo el día subiendo y bajando. La TV se apaga sola como 10 veces en 1 hora aprox. Y su sistema de cable consiste en 5 canales de TV y muy distorsionados.

Esta muy cómodo y ademas es muy accesible.

Pretty low rating hotel. People are super charming and helpful with anything you need but dont expect something great out of the rooms and ammenities. Theres a pool andd free parking as well as a restaurant. Rooms are ok, nothing special about them with individual bathrooms, a/c and TV. Wifi is pretty bad overall. The restaurant offers buffet or ordering options all which are eadible but rather bad and unaplealing, however convenient giving that Ciudad Valles is not a very turistic place. Would recommend for a budget trip without grand expectations or picky people. Rather a stay and go the next day or a place to crash after a day out of the city.

The free time you spend in the city you can relax and enjoy the service than hotel can give you that means a really good scape of troubles and the begging of the adventure.

Just alright. Nice clean hotel but there is a lot missing. No hot water. No toilet paper and the seat doesn't stay up. I asked for a single bed and got a double bed room. It should be better for the price paid.

The front desk is so rude Eduardo and itzel especially the girl was so rude pretty much every one 98%. There was a misunderstanding of wheather we had breakfast passes and chased us outside like we were leaving without paying it was really embarrassing when I paid for 3 nights n breakfast was included but was denied. Also we reserved a room with balcony and when we got there they gave us a room no windows they didn't try to work with us at all. I ordered a coffee to my room n they totally forgot about it till I called an hour later. We went to the restaurant for the 2nd time an they took like 15 minutes to come to our table he almost spilled the coffee on me not professional at all. I don't know if they really didn't consider me since they saw me young (30years) old with 3 little girls n my 21 year old niece so to me its like they thought I wouldn't tip them hood enough. It really broke my heart to feel mistreated other than that the hotel is beautiful. Oh one more thing I didn't like the fact that they rent the pool out to unguest for 70$mxn when it should only be for guest so the pool is always so packed 1-7 n I don't see it safe since once u pass the gate u can easily go to any room n that's not good.

I went a month ago, the service is poor in the restaurant the waiters are very despotas and other than that, the room lost things, gives one the complaint at the reception and n are ignored and no to exit the pass with the manager and since n is nothing you can do.

Chain only the name and price raised to the middle of the area. Breakfast Buffett not varied. Parking without a roof. Sufficient attention. Spacious room. Room and service not equal cost. Room without having changed or cleaned sheets. With hairs and bathroom with attached animals.

Rooms are very good here and the location is unbeatable. The staff though, are pretty rude. When I got to the hotel they said no rooms are available. I went out, booked a room online and went back to show them the reservation and voilà! They have me a room right away.

Bath room was in bad condition and bad attitude of service at reception.

Poor facilities, old. The dresser does not have knobs. The furniture is chipped. The cancel of the bathrooms are rusty. Looks like a hotel two or three stars.

It is good, but very expensive. The people at the bar is not helpful or you pieden open an account, you ask for what you have to pay at the time. Is it in bad taste that you come in front of the people.
