Excellent location as it is a hotel one block from the Esplanade of downtown, plus having a very full breakfast and good taste. The rooms leave a bit to be desired if you are looking for luxury but for me it was perfect as I just wanted the hotel to get some rest. I'd say it's a good choice to get to know the city.
