Hostal Menavi Hostel

Very unprofessional and misleading owner. So we arrived today to hotel Menavi. The cleaning lady informed us that they did not have a room for us on the property and that we had to go to another building a couple of blocks away. She made us pay for the room and on we went. About 9 blocks later we stopped and demanded to speak to the manager. She was extremely uncooperative and rude and asked us to just cancel. Really? And do what? When we insisted they brought us back to very small room in the building next to the original location.  the room was very small, no TV, no fan, and very noisy. My question is, what are our options in these cases? Get stranded?

A common area would not fall ill, the services are good.

It's my favorite place to stay in León for a days, much privacy and so cheap.

Clean, quiet, cable, Wi-Fi, fridge, personal TV, food next door or OXXO down the street.

Nunca me abrieron la puerta a pesar que les habia marcado 2 mins antes que estaba llegando, y que les insiste en el timbre y por el telefono donde recien me habian contestado. Era un horario diurno, por la tarde. Poco serios.

The cost is not very accessible, since it lacks parking and have to pay parking. And this already makes it profitable by the characteristics of the hotel.

Excellent location, very affordable to be independent rooms. Highly recommended.
