It was a pleasant and comfortable experience to rest.

For singles or students is ok, it is a hotel just with what you need.

Recently I. Stayed and the truth leaves a lot to be desired… for what they offer the cost is high compared to other more central, cheaper, better facilities and full breakfast. For starters it is a hostel that on the pages says that it is hotel even in the hostel there are signs that tell you that it is hotel and another hostel… they offer you breakfast if they say it's continental breakfast however no one tells you anything, or like this the. Wave, they tell you that it is served at 8, we went up there was no one to guide us, a guest told us that everyone who attends, there was a pot with granola, an icy mermelasa and toast, and cold coffee, very uncomfortable the situation or place to sit since there are only two chairs, we decided obviously breakfast elsewhere, the TV never worked the two days and never seen, when we touched the first room was impossible and sleep, since you hear everything about reception and the phone rang all the night without anyone answering, we were not supplied with cleaning supplies, etc.

A very comfortable place, very clean facilities, and very friendly staff. It leaves nothing you want from the hotels. I would just stay here again.

It is advertised as a hotel and it is actually an inn… No hot water, the guy at the front desk looks like he's Marihuano all the time. To be hostel is muyyyy expensive. Lousy experience. I don't come back.

The attention to the public can improve substantially if you are pending your requirements and not wait for your request to provide them. There is no parking or agreement with any where you can leave your car. Downtown. Clean. Economic.

The food of the place is very good, the workers of the place are very attentive and gave us an excellent service. I really recommend the place! It's very good.

The facilities are of first quality and good level, with services and attention in the same way. The location is very good.

The location is relatively good, it is close to the historic center (5 min walk) and the area seemed to be quiet. Around the hotel you will find a Oxxo, Fonditas, a park and a parking lot. Inside the hotel the service is good and there is a lot of hygiene, however, it should be noted that the rooms are a little small, ie it is ideal if you intend to arrive with the couple, and maybe a couple of children, no more. Of course I'd go again.

Located in the center of the city of Guanajuto, with excellent service and personal attention, warm spaces. Close to different means of transport in order to enjoy with better the environment of the city.

Bad service, little committed to the user, do not respect reservations, irresponsible when charging your card and cancel reservation at the same time!

Nothing more qe to say! I loved it!

This is reasonable value for budget traveller visiting Guanajuato. I paid 218 pesos for 8 bed male dorm room. That would be pricey in other parts of Mexico but that's about as cheap as you will get in Guanajuato for whatever reason. There are showers with hot water in the dorm, free Wi-Fi which is decent but not super quick — streaming sports was a challenge, kitchen area with filtered water and rooftop common area. It's a 10-15 minute walk to town so decent enough spot. It was quiet when I stayed here but down to time of year most likely. If, like me, you look for the cheapest place this does the job.

This father only that is a bit far from everything because this flagpole above I recommend the suit.

Okay the hostel is comfortable if pruned the san Sebastián or the suit this cheap and comfortable has to watch movies and the fences of the Center but the bad thing is upload the hostel but everything is OK.

It is a nice place to spend a nice time, being August and comfortable with the family.

I've been traveling north since Guatemala and this has been my favorite place so far. I stayed in the dorms and the bathroom was extremely clean and the shower always had hot water. The location in my opinion was perfect. There are panaderias real close for breakfast, restaurants in both directions, bus stops nearby for side trips, a market and street food right around the corner and of course the Centro for late night fun, which was far enough that you don't hear any of it but not so far that I couldn't walk back safely. Gabriel goes the extra mile and his staff is great, too. Gracias.

In my opinion the best hotel of the city, is comfortable, cozy, the people are nice, the owners are charming, exquisite cuisine and its terrace has a beautiful view. Highly recommend it.
