Hotel has a great location but rooms have no AC and with a simple fan is quite difficult to rest. Noisy rooms. Bathroom have no water pressure and it simply could be better. Hotel has a lot of potential. If someone invest wisely this could be a gem.
Hotel was clean and room was also clean.

The building is a very nice colonial structure that is situated in the heart of Durango. Walking distance to parks, restaurants, museums, etc. The downside is that the rooms are sparsely decorated (our room didn’t even have a mirror in it, not even in the bathroom) and the walls are paper-thin. The beds are old the room was not turned (towels were not changed, beds were not made). The parking lot is two blocks away.
