Awesome place to stay, great amenities, clean and spacious rooms, kitchen & lounge. I come every year as the host and the place is just brilliant.

Excellent apartment. Comfortable furnishings (bed, sofa etc).
Well located in a quiet neighbourhood. Close to a large supermarket.
Sandra (the owner) lives in the apartment downstairs, so it is convenient if there are any problems (not that there were).

Nice updated apartment close to everything. Very well kept and clean. Comfortable beds a/c works great for those hot days. Wifi was hit or miss but sandy had 2 different Wi-Fi to log into. Had plenty of curbside parking, And a slide out gate in front for more secured parking. I felt safe leaving my scooter rentals there. Will definitely book again when in Cozumel.
