Guests note that the owners do everything possible to ensure a comfortable stay, and one visitor emphasized that they accept guests even for late arrivals if the office is already closed. The staff speak several languages, including German. However, one guest noted that the reception was not very warm when they were offered accommodation on the playground area due to bookings.

Guests note that they can freely go about their activities, hold noisy orchestra rehearsals, or organize musical evenings in the lounge area without noise complaints. The presence of a beach hall and a common kitchen makes this place an excellent choice for organized groups of up to 40 people.

Pets are allowed; however, the house rules caused strong dissatisfaction for one guest. According to the visitor, dogs must either be tied up outside or left in the room, which was perceived as an excessive restriction.
