Bad service. I paid a certain amount for a certain type of room. When I got to the hotel they didn't have the room read. I had to wait 30 minutes for it. Not only that I realized that I was not giving the room that I booked. I spoke to the front desk and was told that this was the room I had booked. I know that wasn't true, but I let it slide. I am traveling from the US to Colima, Mexico for medical treatment. I had family coming to see me and the front desk told them they weren't out loud to go to my room. If they did, they will be charged $216. If you want to book a room at this hotel, make sure no one comes to visit because they will charge you $216 per person.
I was there for 5 days and in those 5 days that I was there there was not a time when room service came in to clean the room.
This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed.

Beautiful little hotel situated in the heart of the city. It is within walking distance to the main town square, shopping, great restaurants, theatres. Immaculately clean rooms. The customer service is excellent from the reception to the housekeepers. It will definitely be our go to hotel when we’re in Colima. Muchas gracias.
