Pedi green chilaquiles. The insipid and cold beans, in the chilaquiles I got some hard threads. The egg that is scrambled with the chilaquiles undercooked. At the time I had to leave for a moment I asked to keep them while I returned, I returned and they already had them on a plate and a glass of unicel all in a transparent plastic bag.

The piece of bread was left on top of the coffee as a cover and moistened. They didn't change it for me.
➜ The attention of the staff is bad. I went back to the room and they only laid out 2 of the 3 beds, and they didn't clean the rest of the room, I reported it and nothing happened. We went to the restaurant for breakfast and the waitress super bad. We returned in the evening and were denied entry on the grounds that the parking lot was full. The gentleman who opened us turned around and left us outside. We did not bring the key to the room, because we left it at reception when leaving and the pedestrian doors and those of the car were closed. We asked them to refund the cost of the room to go somewhere else to sleep and they did not accept. I had to call a patrol car and that's how they let me pass, to find out if there was a place to leave the car. I think the gentleman was only lazy to open the gate. The next morning I wanted to ask about the management, the receptionist refused to give me the name of the manager and hers, she did not offer me a method to be able to put my complaint.

Great little hotel near the centro with great friendly staff with a buffet style breakfast. Very good and would definitely be back.
