If you have to stop in Colima this is the best Hotel in the entire city! Believe it or not has the best freaking food and drinks! Doesn't look like it but trust me! You will love their beans with veneno, aguachiles, ceviches, arrachera and drinks! OMG the Sangria is to die for!
Highly recommend this hotel their staff is very friendly and they make sure you're taken care to the max!

I’ll be plain and simple. Do not come here. I’d only come here if it was my.
Last resort to be sincere. The Wi-Fi is absolute trash, room service is the same. Don’t even think about using the laundry here. These people charge per item of clothing. We made the mistake of sending our laundry out. Price turned out to be higher than our stay. There’s other stuff I’d mention but would rather not. On a good note, the staff was really friendly. Unfortunately my advise is to just skip out on this hotel when visiting Colima.

Fernando & Gil were great at serving us when we arrived and during our stay. Whenever we needed help carrying things they were quick to lend a hand.
Wifi is good for what I used it for (casual browsing on the internet) can’t comment if it works for heavy use (streaming, etc)
The location worked for us since we were visiting family in El Trapiche. Las Brasas & Tacos Alteña are good restaurants that are very close driving distance.
Convenience store & other amenities closeby.
We were two adults and two children. Fiesta Inn was a great hotel for us. We will book there again in the future.
