Everything was good until the weekend. They rent out the entire pool area to the public for public gatherings and parties. Not cool at all. All the tables and chairs where taken and all waiters whare busy with everyone else but the people actually staying at the hotel. I have never seen something like that. So during weekdays it's awesome but weekends not good.
This hotel is the worst in town. My 9 year old niece got poked with a used need that was hidden on the guest couch!
Like how can this happen?! The hotel worker did not want to take care of the situation in any way! We rushed my niece to the ER and she was given treatment and has to go and check for any Diseases within 3 months.
We came out here for vacation and my sister had to deal with all that instead! To make it even worse this hotel did not want to reimburse my sister for all of the tests and medication my she had to come out of pocket for. The hotel workers didn't even seemed bothered, worried or anything that this happened to a child!
Please do not stay at this hotel, staff is horrible and not clean! Used needles being left there are a great danger for everyone.

The front desk people are rude and inept.
This morning we were pull out of the pool by the security guard! I was so confused and embarrassed! Well turns out the girl at the front desk forgot to give me a wristband when I checked in.
Also the room next to us is being repaired and was startled awake at 6 am to the loud noise! Needless to say I’m not staying another night here!
The only good part was the other workers were really polite and tried to be helpful. But definitely need to change the front desk staff!
