Reviews regarding the staff are quite mixed. Some guests speak very highly of the daytime staff member, describing her as very kind, helpful, and professional, and also praise the management for assisting guests with reduced mobility. At the same time, other visitors complain about rude and unfriendly front desk staff. There have also been reported instances of negligence, where guests were evicted from their room without notice because it had been booked over the phone.

Opinions on room conditions vary. Some guests find them acceptable for the price, noting the availability of cable TV and air conditioning. Others state that the building is old and in urgent need of renovation, and that online photos are long outdated and do not reflect reality. In some rooms, doors are missing, and the furniture and finishes are heavily worn.

Most negative reviews focus on uncomfortable beds. Guests complain about excessively old, sagging, and hard mattresses that make it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Nevertheless, there are occasional positive reviews mentioning that sleeping at the hotel was comfortable.

Many guests report serious hygiene issues. Reviews mention cockroaches, bedbugs, dirty walls, an unpleasant damp odor, and "foul-smelling" sheets and pillows. Some visitors compare room cleanliness to that of a gas station restroom. However, there are also contrasting reviews stating that everything in the rooms is very clean.

The water supply system is inconsistent: one guest noted a lack of hot water, although the water was not overly cold. The air conditioning performance also raises concerns, as in some rooms it does not cool properly. It is recommended to request an air-conditioned room in advance, but not to expect high-end performance from the equipment.

The atmosphere can be noisy, especially at night. A repeat guest complained about loud music from the reception area disturbing their rest in the room. At the same time, other guests describe the place as pleasant, family-friendly, and suitable for relaxing.

Many guests feel that the value for money is entirely justified given the very affordable room rates (for example, 450 pesos for a single room). Proponents of this view urge others not to be overly demanding of service at such a price point. However, others consider the hotel entirely not recommended, even given the low cost, due to unsanitary conditions.
