My boyfriend and I stayed there the 11-15th this month. At first glance, it looked a little run down but mostly clean. After the first night I started getting very itchy. I thought it might be mosquitoes but then it kept happening when I was in the hotel room even worst. There was for sure bed bugs there and we think we brought some in our luggage. I have never stayed somewhere that felt so uncomfortable and dirty. The pillows were hard and lumpy. The beds felt like I was in jail almost. We left early because of how uncomfortable it was and were credited 2 days to stay there which we are obviously not going to do. This has caused a HUGE headache and financial burden. I think it’s only fair to be refunded. I saw other reviews saying they had bed bugs in their rooms as well. My boyfriend tipped the cleaning ladies well for the short time we were there because they were very hard workers. The cat that was there was probably the best thing about the hotel. I wouldn’t recommend staying here ever. They need to make some serious changes and throw out some mattresses cause clearly this isn’t a new issue.

I am writing to report a concerning incident during my recent stay on November 17th in room 17. I discovered my ring missing after housekeeping serviced our room. I have searched thoroughly and am confident it was taken. In case there hasn't been a search by your staff, maybe look in between the bed and the wall where the ring may have rolled into. This is deeply troubling and requires immediate attention. I request a full investigation and appropriate action to be taken. Please confirm receipt of this message and provide an update on the next steps.
I intend on leaving feedback on all of the sites available, including Facebook, to inform any other customers to beware if I don't receive a timely, satisfactory outcome.

The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean and nicely appointed, with excellent air conditioning. For our first night, my party of five had no trouble getting settled in their suite, which featured two king-sized beds, a spacious sitting area, a coffee maker, and a flat-screen TV. The next night, we had to switch rooms because the suite was already booked for the weekend. We were provided with two adjacent rooms, each with a king-sized bed, a small vanity, and a chair—both of good size. The only downside was the pool, which definitely needs some attention—tiles are falling off, and my daughter cut her foot. The pool also appeared quite cloudy, indicating it could benefit from a better cleaning and water pump system.
