The attention of the excellent staff, very nice everything lacks maintenance to the villas, everything is retired especially if you touch in the rooms, # 600 but seeing from the friendly side I did a lot of exercise, the food not very varied but there is everything, the fantastic shows, the beach lacks lounge chairs and is retired you have to pass a bridge, I do return. Super attentive everyone. The animation team is the ultimate as are the dancers. They have some great shows. Super recommended.

I have visited this hotel on 5 occasions and in all of them I return delighted from my trip, they make my vacation an excellent experience, from the food, the areas, the staff, everything in general is excellent, but above all I love the animation show, they make the hotel something very entertaining and it is enjoyed a lot, in this hotel 0 boredom.

Since the great type of pictures that I saw here in this page I will like to know more about this hotel because it looks very interesting and the beach of manzanillo is very pretty, I wil like to know more about the service they ofter, the cost, hotel places, friendliness of the staff and exactly location of the hotel all relevant to that.

They have excellent service, plus their food is delicious and the cleanliness in the villas is excellent, it is the first time we come and loved everything.

We had a great time, the food is rich although if they should vary a little more to the menu but it is really very warm and all the staff serves you excellent, very friendly. For the rate I think it is very well there is a quality-price consistency.

Many years ago I went and really wanted to come back, I just left the hotel which I really regret, but this served me not to come back. Bad food, little variety, poor quality of drinks, old and percudida towels. It's bad because the hotel isn't ugly.

Very poor service the food horrible and even a scorpion in the bedroom we found. How they can be without the slightest hygiene.

First time here had a wonderful 11 days visiting my daughter who is a dancer here. Friendly staff, amazing atmosphere, excellent entertainment. If you want a real Mexican feel for a vacation and resort this is the place to come.

The hotel is a really four stars hotel, but just one inconvenience, to go to the beach you have to cross a bridge.

Don’t waste your time here. Found bugs all over my bed! They called them termites and said they are very common in our rooms, like this was normal and gave a very little worries about the situation. After a few hours they transferred us from rooms after 4 different rooms due to AC not working, ants in beds or the so called common termites. I recorded the events with my go pro. Including the bugs, speaking with staff, staff member attempting to spray our bed to kill the bugs and the room searching.

Worst hotel in manzanillo don't waste your money or time the rooms AC don't work the rooms are dirty bugs everywhere they changed us rooms and only the master room AC worked the other 2 rooms didn't the food here has no flavor and is cold complained and all I got was that there sorry will not be back and will definitely tell our friends.

The old rooms… But comfortable. … Horrible food except the Mexican night… It was all very rich. Swimming pools… A dirty one.

The installations are regular, a little old and with a fault in the air conditioning. The common areas are scheduled equally, the problem is that the hotel has its years. The breakfasts are very monotonous and lack variety. The staff is very attentive and professional and the sports facilities are in good condition. An update of the villas in parallel with an increased supply of food can regain the glory that one day he was this hotel.

It leaves a lot to be desired. Bad rooms. Covered washbasin. Air conditioning leak. Fan was not serving. A decomposed damper was endangered by a button.

Very good place where you can spend a good family holiday. But the rooms are a bit old and the upkeep may not be the best but the atmosphere and workout that gives you the place is very good worth coming here if you want to spend a family time and enjoy the different activities that the place offers. Horrible place! NO RUNNING WATER! That's right, when we arrived the water had quit working about an hour before. We got to our room and then proceeded to get a drink from the bar. I ordered a gin & tonic, with a squeeze of lime, and it seemed to have a weird spicy flavour. I had to dump it out. I said to my friend that it tasted like whatever the bartender had for lunch. After learning he was unable to wash his hands, I realized that was the case. (I'm gagging a bit right now). When we discovered we had no running water (toilets wouldn't flush) we were told by the front desk that the problem would be fixed in a hour. Well, that hour came and went and so did many others. When I asked about it the next morning, the woman at the desk said they may be bringing water in by cart (and I'm sure pulled by an old donkey). Luckily our Sunwing rep came that morning and when we told her we wanted out she found us a room at the Karmina Palace (for a price difference — that we decided was more than worth it to get out of that nightmare). I should mention too, that we had to eat supper at the Gran that first night and it was so bad words can't describe. The buffet consisted of every starch you can think of (obviously to fill the guests cheaply-baked potatos, rice, pasta — all laid out one after another). But, and I wish I had taken video, because I still can't believe what I saw, ANTS crawling on the desserts and bread… And people were still choosing those items!

The pool of the boat is very father and the zip line should come and live the experience, the people are very nice.

It's a good place. The food is not the best but it is very rich. I recommend 100% book in the Italian restaurant. Some rooms have ant problems but the very friendly staff caters for it without problems.
It is ideal to go with family and enjoy all its activities.

The hotel is huge, the common areas are excellent, there is enough room for everyone. The food is rich although it would be appreciated a bit more variety. The specialty restaurant is very attractive, but there is not enough seating and if you are not able to book table it is not possible to dine there. The people are very friendly and helpful and have a lot of joy working. The rooms are a bit aged and they could use a good restoring. The experience in the hotel in general is great and I recommend it quite a lot.

Great hotel, the staff were very helpful, and every day there were always activities going on for the whole family from Zuma classes, water aerobics, swimming and snorkeling lesssons. Lots of fun! Definitely worth going again.

The pool is very good size and depth. The beach is quiet but the lounge chairs and parasols are old. The staff is very friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We went during the Christmas holidays so we were almost the only gringos there. The staff were very kind and helpful. They have a lot of great activities and facilities. Including a huge zipline, amazing pools, including a kids pool which was great for our family, waterslides (they were pretty wild, but a bit scary compared to what we are used to in Canada. When going down at max speed, biggest waterslide had a couple of drops that were really sharp and made me feel out of control, so I had to sit up), huge tennis courts, basketball and volleyball, archery (although it was kind d of ghetto, most of the arrows were missing at least one or several fletches), nightly entertainment, plus an overpass that lead to an awesome beach… There were some people on staff who spoke English really well and went out of their way to take good care of our extended family of 14. But I would recommend learning Atleast a hit of Spanish if you want to stay here. The place is 70 years old and it shows. The rooms are quite run down. Sheets and beds are in good condition. But they should really invest in new sinks and some paint. That said. You likely won't spend much time in your rooms. So I wouldn't make that a deal breaker. Food was quite good. There are 3 main buffet style restaurants, plus a snack bar and higher class Italian style restaurant. Plenty of variety.

Great New Year's Eve dinner, the party is the best of all time. However the facilities are quite old and they are very neglected plus the attention of the front desk staff is poor. For everything else, great place to vacation.

I really liked this hotel as it is a place where you can relax, have fun or even enjoy an outdoor show. As for the structure of the villas I liked it personally (because my room was close to the main pool) but what gave me a bit of disgust is that I had to walk a kilometer to get to the beach, compared to other hotels I had never seen a pue Nte coming down to the beach. But It was worth it because the place is well located and at dusk if you are lucky you can see a great scenery. So if you want to escape alone or in family I recommend this place.

For many years I've known this place, it's excellent and almost magical for kids, and the truth is a very comfortable and relaxed place for parents. Is an awesome place but is kinda old. It needs serious remodeling of the rooms and transportation since is huge and the trucks they use are old too. Out of that, food is great, pools are clean and bars are nice!

I went to this hotel with special package (type partner) and it is very nice the attention that has the staff, in the Italian restaurant This is the best food of the hotel and has an excellent attention, in general it is good, the only detail that the villas are noticed a little neglected In terms of structure, the toilet is everyday. And it has a good atmosphere. If I recommend it.

It's a great deal, you get what you pay for. It is an all inclusive program and you can even get national alcoholic drinks included. Pros. Lots of food, massive pool and alcoholic drinks included on you fee air conditioning in the rooms works great. Cons: Not much seafood. It it is ok and you have to give your personal id when using archery but the thing is that you often leave it on the room so it is bothering having to go to your roo. Just for it.

Great service when it comes to the food. You have infinite access to drinks and food. You can walk up to the bar and have any drink you can think of given to you in less than 10 seconds. Food was excellent although I think they should add more variation. The pools are big and there's tons of entertainment. The Villa's that you stay in weren't good in my opinion. There's a certain smell that's everywhere around this place. I cannot describe it but, me personally. I didn't enjoy smelling this scent when I went upstairs to shower, or when I smelled my towel. But on a positive note, there was a good view. The Villas were also around a drainage pipe which made the outside smell bad at times. The workers do a great job of supplying every Villa with fresh clean towels. I think they all deserve a raise since they are poorly treated and underpaid to work in such hot weather here. The parking was a mess. Not to mention there's a big empty hole separating the road from the sidewalk itself which contains a pipe. So Be Very Very careful when parking. You wouldn't want your car to get stuck. This place was alright overall but I think it could improve.

All the service are ok, you got attention anywhere. The room softy and make feel at home, the hotel it's in front of the Sea so isn't a problem if you want to go to the beach. You have a lot if fun there in the pools and other recreation activity like tennis, ping pong… so it's a high recommendation.

Really a pity hotel, old and damaged rooms, air conditioning in very bad state. When newly we install in the hotel and decided to go to eat, worse, cockroaches hovering them trays of food, a disgust. Decided to best go to the restaurant of the same hotel which is next to the beach, there a little more decent it food but because the menu in all the restaurants in our stay of 3 days was the same. What little salvageable is the attention of the waiters and the Bell that you carry your luggage to your room as well as the good show's animation team. By all it others can say that is a bad hotel, far from being that MAEVA of them 90's.

Total disappointment, the rooms are very old, the air conditioning does not work, the food is the worst there is no healthy food, they cook every day the same is really desperate, Colima they have coconuts but if a shitload of drinks high in sugar clear at the height of the clientele coming there. Overall it was good, except the receptionist very friendly staff. Forces wanted to entregaramos our credit card would to if three months ago paid the reservation? Recommendations for this hotel are that you ask for rooms in the platinum numbers one hundred, two hundred and three hundred! Room 600, 700 and 800 and others that are missing are bad! We only are far from pool and restaurants but the air does not work!
