We found bedbugs in 7 rooms, and in the bathrooms there were small cockroaches. 🤢
•in one of the rooms the mattress cover was yellow
And in the others there were hairs on the sheets, a place with 0 hygiene.

We were Americans traveling from Mazatlan, MX who found ourselves stranded with a sick truck in Torreon.
This hotel was the only one that was listed as "dog friendly", so we settled in there. This hotel and staff were amazing. They treated us like family for our 9 day stay. We have never had a better experience with our dogs at any other hotel. Thank you Alfonso and your staff!
