Excellent service. The rooms and facilities are very clean and very comfortable. 100% recommended.

Terrible customer service. For work reasons I had to go in quarantine times and the receptionist treated me super badly, very rude, maybe they are afraid to get infected but that doesn't justify the horrible way of talking to the client.

It is a hotel with good facilities, yes, but TV channels do not look right, the internet never works, and in the night never ay hot water.

The control of the television was useless, in my brother's four the television was not seen, and he told me that while bathing the water was running out.

Super bad. The room we were given had trash from the previous guests. The floor full of trash, the sink was dirty with hair. We do not provided towels upon arrival, had to request them after. At least to stay with family I would not recommend it.
