The best place of all Cuatro Ciénegas, the rooms very clean and comfortable, accessible prices, and the food very rich and its wealth is its people, always leave you with the feeling of wanting to return as soon as you can.

Very good cuisine, the Capi Carlos excellent care, the cortadillo is delicious, I put lemon and emphasized a lot of the flavor of the sauce, highly recommended!

Excellent hotel, I first, very nice facilities, according to a magical village. Of course I would be happy to stay, very friendly receptionists, the restaurant staff. I liked that take care of every detail, and if there is any disagreement, try to resolve it as soon as possible.

Lousy service in the restaurant, it takes over an hour to serve and the taste leaves much q want. Slow as no.

Lousy service at reception turn tomorrow in Saturday in restaurant, if they want to fill their hotel but they do not pay attention to you, but at least to breakfast there I do not count on it THEY CARE, they ignore people can see you without anyone attending to you and keep pretending not to xistes, if you are going to book here you better come when it is totally empty and the attention has to be forced.

We visit every few months & when available we stay here by choice for 8 years due to the fantastic location, restaurant on premises and friendly, professional staff. This is a very old feel of classy Mexico and I am very proud to take my friends specifically to this hotel & restaurant. If you are looking for a modern Hilton it’s not for you. Rather it’s very clean, nice place and comfy beds & rooms where you can take a break and relax in class. Pool is nice & secure parking. We ask the staff for anything and have never been disappointed nor have we felt anything but welcomed! The manager (fantastic manager) & one of the ladies speak good English and always help me if needed. You are in the plaza and can walk to stores, restaurants, doctor, church, ice cream shops, and more. I hope they never change the old feel of this hotel because it’s one place that keeps me coming back! A+ ~Erica.

A bit rustic — old, could use some painting and repairs here and there (cracks in the walls) but overall recommendable.

Good Place, Central, with moderate prices, what I do not recommend is the Cortadillo to eat and I had a lot of noise to sleep there was karaoke!

The old rooms are nice. The stone walls keep them cool and insulate the noise. The Hotel is nice. The pool is low-maintenance, allowing use until late. Which does not give adequate cleaning time.

Good place to stay with good food, friendly people, rich in Mexican culture, quiet and at the center of the city by the Catholic Church, the plaza, and shopping and eating places… and most of all good food at their restaurant! Would love to come back here… Owners of the hotel treat their staff like family as well as their guests… highly recommended…

The place is very nice, is inexpensive, has a section beautiful in the garden at the side of the pool. The food is very rich and the prices already have vat which makes it better than other places that we visited. Come back without thinking about it. The service is good, all are friendly and it shows because "they all greet each other good morning, afternoon and evening" I love it. I'll come back with my friends and will highly recommend to all my acquaintances.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and cute. Lots to like about this spot but Wi-Fi was spotty and pool wasn't open while we were there. Not a lot of options in the area so I'd assume this was the best.

In the courtyard where is the pool has a breathtaking view of the Hill of the dead.

Very nice place pool, grills, weather, very nice rooms and are equipped with a wide menu in the restored, colonial-style house, three large gardens and enough space in the parking lot. Right on the corner of plaza which is precious, remains so far the Soriana, but there was almost opposite a very well-stocked shop of fair prices and accept you card payments, selling meat and coal.
