Good hotel, restful taste and there are rooms that are remodeled and I am father.! the bad detail the rooms they tried to remodel over the old. Not good.

Good place to stay for the money. Clean and friendly staff.

It's a good hotel. Prices if they are very competitive. Both the rooms are very spacious and the service is very good, I would not say it is excellent as both some details and that only serves one of its two elevators and the prices of the food are a little high make this hotel very good. The location is excellent as the U. S. Consulate is less than 1km away and in front of the hotel is the central park. The area around the hotel is full of squares and shopping centers and being on the Av Panamericana makes both the exit and the entrance very comforting. If you are in Juarez and do not know the city, this is a good thing to stay and spend the night.

Rooms were surprisingly nice, very clean. Hotel staff was courteous and the pool was indoors.

Enjoyed my stay there very much just needs more choices at restaurant and more amenities.

The lousy cleaning, the hand towel still had the makeup of the person who was before in the room, even the lipstick had. The blankets had yellow spots. You see a sloppy hotel, you should buy new towels and some blankets, as long as they wash them the employees will not look clean.
Two lamps were useless.
They are 3 stars because the employees were so friendly.

I went to a course and although we had reservations in advance gave the place to other people and we were sent to 2 smaller spaces of what we needed in addition the places were in repair, during our course came and went people of Maintenance, also have bathrooms, elevators and other closed… In short we will not return to this place.

A quiet place to spend The night.

This hotel is very dated the bathrooms are the 1st thing that need to be updated it used to be a very nice hotel, but with the years normal wear rooms also need to be updated. Service is very good, room service also was very good, the service at breakfast also was very very good that is the only reason I gave them 3 stars was for the service or else I would have just given 1 star due to the condition of the rooms. Next time I will just pay more to stay at a better hotel.

I am present at this hotel. Go down to ask for other amenities that the hotel does not offer on your site. And they fulfilled our tastes now that I have my 5-rock son. I'm a little delicate. But they achieved my requests thanks we are very happy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although I am very demanding. Thank you. For their attentiones.

Horrible horrible I was super disappointed : (it was fail after fail. Service was slow, and expensive! I wish I hadnt paid in advance I'm dying to get out of here after just a few hours. Other ones around the area are all booked, I would leave honestly.

Excellent clean, comfortable, good service and average price as additional information the jacuzzi in the bathroom is great you relax very well after a day of work the only thing I did not like was that I did not put the plug of the jacuzzi I had to improvise with a plastic.

Quiet common people travelers, attentive staff. It is in remodeling… meeting rooms for business meetings, has a Wi-Fi pool.

Excellent location, the rooms very good, clean, well laid out, this excellent price and quality of service, only, there was problem since when booking they offered breakfast included, and in the end they said it was with extra cost, from there on no complaint.

What a pity hotel, the hotel is not very old but they have conditioning problems for the rooms. The air was fanning hot air all night long one cannot rest like that. I went to the front desk and what they told me is that they turned off the snack because the Hotel gets ice cream. It was a disappointment the Krystal Hotel, asking for forgiveness did not fix this because in anyway I was charged. Worst of all is that they don't tell you before you pay to see if there is no inconvenience for one. The Real Inn Hotel is right next to them. Preferably better to stay there than in the Krystal.

Rooms very comfortable. The staff cares very much for help. There are certain parts of the hotel that need to be rethought, as the bathroom of the rooms you can see that you already have their years of service. I could not try the pool since it's remodeling, the gym is very basic.

Very good hotel only that the entrance to the place is very complicated. And it has a construction next door. But all right.

Mi esposa y yo escogimos este hotel para pasar una noche agradable. Lo que vimos por Internet no se parecía nada al momento de llegar al hotel. El cuarto estaba muy descuidado y a nuestro parecer ya viejo. El refrigerador y el microondas fueron removidos de la habitación, la regadera ya tenía mucho calcio acumulado y una de las lámparas del baño, no funcionaba bien. El servicio fue muy agradable por parte de los empleados, pero teníamos otra idea del hotel. Seguro que nuestra próxima visita será a un hotel diferente.

Not the cleanest, the service is ok, but they don’t go out of their way to help. When you call for assistance they are very short with you. Our sheets were dirty and you can tell the place doesn’t get vacuumed much. Lighting system seams to have maybe caught fire some time back you can tell by the dark smoky residue around ceiling fixtures. But over all it was better then staying on a futon. There is no pool or hot tube, its under construction or remodeling or being torn down.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was excellent, the breakfast was very good, the location was great. I'm from Venezuela.

The room was very spacious, clean and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was not included but we bought it and it was excellent. Many very rich options.

It is a very quiet and clean room, spacious and clean rooms, very attentive the cleaning staff, I would suggest that the coffee makers in the rooms have coffee, because we were almost 1 week and never put.

Great service especially in the breakfast area. The hotel it self is in need of updating. The reason I give them 4 stars is because of the staff. They really made our stay great.

One of the best hotels in Ciudad Juarez, has excellent service, contains warm pool, GYM, computer area, restaurant, among many other things, and do not say how nice is the staff, one of the best options you can take to Stay in Ciudad Juarez, Chih.

Hotel with excellent service and affordable price with free transportation to the American consulate. Excellent location outside the first quadrant of Ciudad Juarez. It easily communicates with international bridges and nearby options for recreation centers. Room services at a slightly high cost. Optional breakfast buffet.

A very good flirt to rest, although it was only for a moment, I could see that it is a good place and it is cozy, excellent service and great attention.

The rooms are spacious, with tub in the bathroom and cable TV. Parking is ample. The breakfast included is spacious, and good. He has a reward program for every night at the hotel.

The location of the hotel is the closest to the airport, plus the prices are accessible. If you need to spend a night this is an excellent place.

The rooms are regular, have basic cable TV, accessories such as microwave, hair dryer and mini fridge are already somewhat old and their operation is not good but the worst was the food, only two unappetizing stews and garnishes of flavor Regular. Has parking.

Its a nice Hotel free Wi-Fi, swimming pool and gym. Good service, Food is ok. The people workin here are nice and friendly.

Straight forward good customer service. Not the newest facility but it is in good shape and it's clean. I love that my room had wooden floors, small fridge and great view. And there is also a small gym with some cardio equipment and an indoor pool. Hotel is also located close to shopping centers such as las misiones which is the newest mall around. La rodadora entertainment park and the central park are right around the corner too.

I was there without a reservation and all rooms whit 2 beds were booked, so went somewhere else. It looks like a really nice hotel I gotta say.

I travel quite frequently and I always stay at this hotel. The service is superb, clean, and the staff is very friendly.

I absolutely love it here… Yes it needs some improvements but the service here is excellent. The staff is very friendly and on top of your needs. I feel very comfortable and like it here. Food is very good specially the red chilaquiles. The breafast plates come with fruit and yogurt. Plus coffee and toast bread. Its very cheap… The restaurant is open and wide enough for guests. The small bar is right infront. They have a swimming pool and a mini gym… I want to say. I stayed at maria bonita when I just arrived. And yes its very fancy but food is terrible and they give the restaurant customer priorities instead of the guests. Bad service specially the receptions. We came down the street to krystal and feel more confortable here. everything is great. Will stay here again if we need to come back to Juarez. Its cheap and the food a great not to mention how nice and attentive they are. I recommend this place % You will be suprised yourself!

Fot the price you pay this hotel deserves a five star it has the most comfortable beds pillows I like the big windows & tiny chicken it includes a coffee maker a microwave n a mini fridge it also has a big closet space n lots of storage space with a desk n a sofa not to mention the free breakfast buffet is delicious n sevice is amazing I been to the best hotels in vegas n I was surprised how much I enjoyed my stay good luck hope this helps I 100% recommend this hotel.

Probably not the best hotel, but my I really like. It is of the few hotels with swimming pool heated (with hot water). Ideal for a weekend or a day off with the family. Very affordable prices.
