En general buen hotel, modesto, limpio y con lo necesario para su estancia, muy cerca del consulado, con servicio gratuito de taxi a las huellas, clínica y consulado, le daría 5 estrellas sólo por La recepcionista se portó un poco ruda y de mal humor.

Mi unica queja es que las cobijas olian a pipi. Literal. Pero todo lo demas esta bien.

Good Hotel but. There is nothing fun and nesecitan to put new teleservices and better cable and hotel lunch.

The location is excellent for those who come to the consulate errands, but there are several details that show the lack of maintenance of the hotel.

Veo que muchos se quejan porque no hay cafetera, plancha, etc… Y que por la TV antigua, cama antigua, etc… Cuando buscan hotel claramente dice cuáles son 5 estrellas, este no lo será pero al menos en lo personal yo quede muy contenta… La mayoría de los que vamos a Cd. Juarez es para hacer un trámite no para vacaciones… Tiene lo indispensable y está todo limpio, puede que a veces en los servicios diarios de limpieza pasen tarde a limpiar pero es seguro que todos los días te limpien el cuarto incluyéndonos sábanas y toallas… No todos son creyentes pero se me hizo muy bonito que tienes un altar en las escaleras de el lado del estacionamiento % recomendado!

The place has good service but the facilities are not the best. Bad Internet service, no coffee maker and no trash can inside the room, no iron and no ironing donkey and the elevator is not properly served.

It is very comfortable for guests is very close all their paperwork.

Really sweet employees. Good people and kind people. The rooms look like Antigua just.

This Hotel is very bad, they said they have complementary breakfast, and it's Just a cup of coffee☕ and cup of oatmeal and they add the sugar in it, and a tiny bread. We booked our room a day before and when we got there it wasn't ready, and we waited an hour and a half to get a room for more money. And they only give one bottel of water for 2 person's for a 3 night's stay. Not to mention they took the used towels and did not replace them with clean one's, so I called 2 times to get them to give me 2 towels. I strongly don't recommend you this hotel…

It is a very good hotel is the consulate and where you take your prints and medical exams are only steps I definitely recommend it and it is very good price $$ and it is very safe all definitely recommend.

The tv's they put on the rooms are so 90' they don't work right and the remote controls don't with either, and the walls are so thin that my wife and me can hear the conversation from the room on one side, the TV show on the other side and the funniest of all, a couple having sex.

Honestly it's a hoax The continental breakfast, the courtesy is bread with coffee or oatmeal, it's okay just shouldn't be fooled.
The rooms are outdated, the Internet fails, the service is nice but I think the hotel in general can improve.

Highly recommended, before going I was worried that I had read some negative reviews, but the truth is that all very hamaable and very good service, the people in the store very good people, the only detail I could ask will improve is the Internet as That in the rooms up top did not arrive very well but outside of that excellent hotel.

This hotel has great rooms for the price. Very large rooms. Way better than Ibis. This hotel had great customer service, laundry room, store, restaurant and close to consulate. I stayed at 4 hotels in Juarez and Conquistador was the best one of all 4.

Very old place inside the rooms old TV furniture, no water in the zink I have to brush my teeth while showering some times no hot water and expensive there is only one elevator very bad service QUALITY INN NEXT TO THIS PLACE IS EXCELLENT AND CHEAPER,, CONQUISTADOR HOTEL IS A VERY UGLY PLACE TOO ONLY ONE ELEVATOR MANY PEOPLE PREFER TO USE STAIRS AND EXPENSIVE.

This is a very clean place. All employees are very polite and very helpful. I will always come back here.

Its clean, breakfast is good, has laundry room, staff is friendly, close to American consulate. Clinics, mall, and restaurants. The only thing was the elevator, it would break a lot.

Your better off bringing your own transportation. There is parking. You can go eat anywhere that way and explore. Its cheaper and a lot better. Mala companias buffet is very cheap and really good! Its 2 miles straight from hotel. The workers here are good especially house keeping. They are really nice and respectful.

This hotel is HORRIBLE… First off the overpriced taxi catfished me into this "5-star" hotel. The staff are EXTREMELY RUDE. The prices are okay. So I wouldn't stay in this hotel because people died in that hotel. Gosh I want my money back.

It's ok for the price … nice people very helpful definitely recommended… go next door to the little food park. Very very good food great prices great tasting food … very nice people. Safe.

I stood at this horrible place for 6 nights. Room 344 this is the dirtiest hotel I ever been. My family had bedbugs bites. I had to wash all my clothes and tenis this hotel is a horrible… horrible place… they don't care. I remember for days a bed was just outside it's room … PLEASE STAY OUT FROM THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!

Stay away from this place. Dirty and not worth the price. The carpet stunk, the beds are extremely hard, the bed sheets were dirty and the TV is old and outdated. The shuttle charges you to go to your appointments. You could stay somewhere else near the consulate for a better price and better accommodations.

Looks reeeeeaaalyy gross and it looks like it hasn't been cleaned since1242. I don't like it. Needs to be improved.

This very well only the very old televisionesson hotel and then they have no signal but the rest are very well. AAA but the restaurant very bad very bad service.

The service can improve a lot, in my experience my room was dirty, the carpet with stains and with an odd smell, this hotel isn't bad I just that they can improve their maintenance to the place, it's not that expensive but it does not justify the conditions of the rooms.

Do yourself a favor and stay away. One of the dirtiest hotels in Mexico and cannot be more basic than that. Noisy, old, and just filthily. Maybe not really expensive but not worth even 1/4 of the asking price.

When we entered the reception looked very nice, the attention was good so we made the Reservation cost 970 pesos for a double Room, we were taken to our room (at 404, by the way) in terms of entrevamos the elevator the carpet was very dirty, smelled terrible when it came to the fourth floor, vibro well ugly as a 7 second and opened, we entered the hallway of the fourth floor again the carpet was super ugly, not very clean, the walls despintadas and the smell was awful, entrabamos the room and the carpet was almost like the smell was disgusting, the beds hard, pillows terrible and the walls despintadas and dirty also, when we went to dinner, went down to buy some soft drinks had already closed the store and I said a wizard to go to the second floor to get the soda from the machine, got my coin, and it turns out that they had exhausted the 6 different flavors of soft drinks we had dinner without drink… I think the price is too expensive for the type of hotel it was.

Carpet super stinky, an elevator of terror, televicion of the 90's, beds very hard and they charged me 700 pesos … to one side this is a hotel with the same price and very clean, lunch, rooms perfect.

Very good service, UNTIL it disappeared a money of my room! The manager would not come and talk to me about it and I just call it the fourth. Washing your hands saying they are not responsible because you didn't deposit the money in the resepcion.

My experience was in Nov 2009. Very satisfied with the price of my stay $550 for a week transportation including to the clinic and the Consulate.
