The hotel's location is a major benefit that grants access to many of the cities greatest sites. It was clean, cool, and quiet. The biggest annoyance was the underground parking lot that will be having you dodge big concrete columns and squeezing into spots. Not great for truck based vehicles. The amenities weren't amazing and the pool is rather small but overall it was positive experience and I would gladly stay again.

Good hotel, party level rewards with coffee and tea in the morning, ice for drinks, ask room overlooking Paseo Triunfo de la República, it is a better view than the other side, you just see the casino and the burritos Chrysostom.

My visit was for a conference during the afternoon and I became very hot the place. Afterwards I consumed in your cafeteria and there if both the attention and the weather were pleasant.

When I arrived I found the bathroom dirty, everything in order and clean outside the bathroom. Everything works in the room and the furniture is good. The buffet has no variety but it has very good taste. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very helpful. Ground transportation from the hotel to some point in the city is "free" you should tip the driver that if you strive to get it. Magnetic cards have problems with locks, sometimes you have to pass them more than once to activate the lock. Bad point is the distance you have with the airport is about 30 min. No traffic.

He is very careless, they should take care of the prestige of Grupo Posadas. Many elements persist almost since their inauguration. Whenever I go out I stay at Grupo Posadas and have seen other units better Served.

Very good hotel, comfortable, with excellent pillows! Looking forward to packing HEHE. And they greet you with a cupcake, super cute and more when you get hungry from the Trip.

I ordered laundry and went to the counter, I was told that I had already climbed, arrived and not this, ask and I got if here is right now we went up and had me waiting for a half hour, better check, and they went up responded and I said I've been here have not Uploaded nothing, and I took nothing until the other day they told me that it had not been charged to the room that was to pay direct that sucks.

We had a suite on the 8th floor. It had a great view of the mountains. The receptionists were very nice and explained thoroughly of the amenities the hotel had for us to use. We stayed here for 3 days and the cleaning ladies were great with what needed to be done around our suite. We had a king size bed with alot of pillows and the living room area had a twin size sofa bed with ottoman couches and a dining table with 2 chairs as well as a microwave and a minifridge. It also had a sink and a coffee maker. They had complimentary water and coffee for us everyday. The dining area is a bit pricey for a family at least but very convenient since its inside the hotel and saves time from going elsewhere. This hotel has a climate sensored inside pool and a gym as well. We used the pool everyday we were here and it was the best. Overall our stay was great and I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for somewhere to stay without being scared of any bad around Juarez. They took great care of us here.

Very close to hospitals which makes you hear a lot of noise at night. Uncomfortable pillows, had trouble providing transportation. I do not know much cleanliness in the utensils used in the preparation of the breakfast. Need to improve.

Rooms are confortable, but I had problems with the door lock as it's wouldnt opening, and on my second the electricity went out un my room.

Prices moderately accessible for a good hotel, but somewhat old. The staff is very friendly and helpful and has good amenities like a gym and breakfast. However, it would do well to upgrade to the furniture and finish the rooms.

It's for sleeping and bathing. But for the price it lacks maintenance. Dirty Bath. Sanitary slack. A lot of noise. Breakfast is very good but carisimo if you don't include it. In short it is a hotel of vendors.

A nice place, heated pool, gym, restaurant, free buffet breakfast He first day, shop, parking and excellent service. It is not very fancy but this well place and the rooms are comfortable. The room has iron and ironing board. It also has a hair dryer. This very complete service.

Your attention is very good. The room gave me the impression they lack a bit of cleanliness, in curtains for example and a rug I found worn. The firm has little stock.

It is well located, I did not stay in this hotel but the comments about the difficulties in the shower with the keys they arranged. The way Ay goes, I'm not convinced. In the 2 rooms that were taken care of was the same problem.

The restaurant is good. Nice music and drinks.

I like this place to let the kids have some fun in it's pool. It is close to El Paso and has a casino near to it to have fun. Rooms are neat and clean, very comfortable beds.

Did not like this hotel at all I stayed 5 years ago It was good I stayed last night since the line at the border was terrible the service was lousy The room could not open the towels are gray and so bad it hurts your skin will never stay in this lousy hotel.

The hotel if this regular the worst thing is the food today in the morning it was comiendome an egg and I went half of the shell is disgusting I think that is of very bad taste and more for the type of hotel.

It is a pesimo hotel food is the worst he eats better in a prison than in a hotel that does not vulvo to go to there.
