They have a menu where they do not have all the food they offer, they do not have all the drinks and they have nothing but orange juice with water the kitchen people do not use caps and they do not wear masks they have very little customer service today I was there and they sit in the bars where they make the food in the front part they do not tie their hair and are very unhelpful Lo that yes it is that when entering there is very good service of the boys and girls who are in information at reception.

Terrible service the lady who is I think as a manager in the afternoon is despot, rude and it is assumed that this type of places the attention is something very important, I take us out of the pool saying that there was a schedule when that is never mentioned when booking, the rooms neglected and old, super ugly beds in if all that would have been minimal if the attention had been good.

Nice hotel, but has some minor things to be considered: The a/c only had 3 temperatures, low, medium or high, would be better if they had minisplits to adjust it right. Some noise from other rooms and the swimming pool is advertised as big and is very small. Other than that nice for business stay.

The room full of hairs in the bathroom and the pillows and the furniture with dust, the maids are kept annoying, apparently they have overwork and bad pay, there is not enough staff and they are taken away with the guest or with doing poor service in the room, They did the toilet and the reception was and I threw towels and sheets so that I would make the room, you hear everything between one room and another, the hotel in general is deteriorated, depainted, old, BREAKFAST IS BAD. The Aberca super dirty, the water is black.

Friendly staff, and most are bilingual! Kids enjoyed the pool, good breakfast (we had to pay for but still worth it) This was our first time so we were nervous, but now we will be returning here for future visits! There's even a bar and restaurant attached to it, as well as what looks like a mini mall, and ATM machine.

It Was Good service It was not bad my stay… The transport manager is the Best (Mr Servin)! Highly recommend.

Clean and elegant style, prices a little high, the pool is a little small, seem to be clean. The rooms spacious and clean, bed a little hard and the pillows the same.

Q The only thing I do not like is the woman who calls itself the manager of the Hotel N gets no professional ethics and others is very stupid… I tell them that I visit very often CD. Juarez and Q I have family there and also they always visit me also to the hotel. And Delas 16 times Q me and stayed there the day that the woman with no professionalism was and I claimed Q my visitors were using the pool without aver paid… Of course Q that is not the problem because I told Q will charge it to my account. Q Q happened was pointing to each of my family behind the Gil. This hotel should be called “iStay Awake”. Noise all night, a bad quality bed and a high and hard pillow. The worst combination when you would like to sleep.

The hotel is very clean and safe. One big advantage is that it has a door that connects with Sanborns and gives you a lot of peace. By car is 15 minutes from the consulate of USA. The water pressure in the shower is good and the only thing a little uncomfortable are the pillows.

The rooms facing the restaurant area from the 5:35 begin to put everything you need for the buffet breakfast but they make too much noise. Any other room other than that area of the hotel is highly recommended.

Still out favorite place to say when visiting Juarez. Close to the border for easy access to both countries and the indoor swimming pool is a must. With a bar, full restaurant with Buffett as well as a little shopping center near by. If only they had a hot tub.

Very poor service in the reception, in the room there was a towel for hands with apparently blood, hair, and apparently pubic in the sink, give you the room that you want even if you've ordered higher floors when you booked, very expensive their Prices for the service they give.

Good service, the air conditioning is either too cold or too hot.

Very clean rooms, the ones that have no carpet for me are the best, the staff treatment is very good and not expensive. The whole hotel is very nice inside but when there are a lot of people and low to breakfast, it is a lot of disorganization and the food is over, I do not recommend having breakfast here.

It's Ok for the price one pays. The staff are very very friendly and that's a plus. It's very well located. The Wi-Fi is free. Some pieces of furniture are rather old, but clean. Breakfast is not included but it is cheap.

Very mediocre place, rooms do not look anything like the adverts, and it takes a lot of time to get a reservation and once you have one, it's not worth it.

The location is very good, it is near some of the famous clubs of the city and near supermarkets so you won't have to worry about finding services. The room was smelling strange but anything else was pretty good.

The Sanborns (connected to the hotel) has fun shopping, any essentials you might need, and a great restaurant/bar.

Stayed here the 1st week of Oct. Its a very beautiful hotel, the staff is very friendly, the rooms very clean with cold AC. The beds could be a little more comfy, overall I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again if the chance does arise.

Nice hotel and facilities, lack good ventilation system in the bathroom, and unfortunately in 2 of 2 service requests, one never got to see you and the other I had to talk again to request the bill after a few weeks. Care very friendly staff though, I think I had bad luck or this missing staff to serve you in time.
