Very nice hotel. Very clean everywhere. Nice rooms and comfortable. It has a nice restaurant next to it. Close to center of city, a 10 minute walk. Employees are nice too.

We loved our stay at Hotel San Jose. The staff is lovely and very accommodating. The location is perfect, close to everything. The hotel is clean, beds comfortable… great value!

My husband and I stayed one night at NEUTRO. We had an excellent stay! They had very friendly staff that welcomed us on site.

4 nights, for the price in November 2025, more than adequate and good value.
Good bed, plentiful linens and a small yet efficient bathroom.
Hot water came after a few seconds, with very good pressure.

I have stayed here many times over the years. Love the place, the location and the staff. Very quiet at night. Five stars hands down.

Everything was great. The rooms are pretty small but I didnt mind it since it was so clean and cozy. The restaurant is soooo good. Kind of expensive but worth it.

Excellent option to stay in Comitán, very friendly staff and has a play area that my children enjoyed very much. Thank you Juan Carlos and Janeth for making our stay very pleasant.

A little bit loud with the parking right outside the door of the room, but the location is great, it was very clean, and the staff is friendly. All in all would recommend.

Lovely bread and breakfast place. Very well located just a few minutes walking from the main square. We stayed in room 4 and it was big with a huge bed.

Charming, historic and close to everything. No ac. Smallish room. Courtyard design makes noise from other guests unavailable.

Nice hostel/hotel with clean rooms. The rooms are basic but comfortable, with hot water on the shower. The courtyard is nice and there's a fire every evening to stay warm and chat with other guests.

Modern hotel, Nice and spacious rooms. What bothered me, is that the windows are not sound proof at all. There can just as well not be a window.

I arrived in the evening and they upgraded me to a suite. It was with a full kitchen and eating area, small living, TV in living and bedroom, even a laundry room with sink and clothes hanging area.

Very nice, authentic apartment. Two floors: living room and kitchen on the ground floor and bedroom (2 double beds) and bathroom on the first floor. Hot water in kitchen, bathroom and shower.

I am a motorcycle traveller and have visited San Cristobal 3 times. I wish I had found J&K Suite on the first visit as its now the only place I want to stay.

A really nice place to stay in San Cristobal! We felt at Home from the first moment on. The terrace on the roof, to enjoy the Moon and the Stars, is unforgettable.

Loved my stay here. Daniel is a super host. He was very helpful and responsive to our needs. The roof top space was lovely and quite big there's a shaded area and an area in sun.

Hot water takes some time to come out, television doesn't have any channels. The view is amazing and the bed is comfortable.

I spent two nights here and used the lodge as a base for exploring the lakes. The rooms accomodate up to six people and are comfortable. The food at the restaurant is very good and fresh.

Great place to spend the night at. Nice people, and the restaurant is terrific. Hot water, good pressure, which is great for such a remote place.
