I loved it, from the front desk it was very fixed. Es un hotel con excelente atención por parte del personal que ahí labora. El Buffet para desayunar es diverso y nutritivo. Hay desde fruta hasta guisados. Muy recomendable.

The room I went to was very clean and nice it had a mini fridge and room service, the bathroom was very clean to.

The first night I was bitten my mom the mites of the beds causing a scabies (human scab). They moved us out of room but I got more expensive the broth than the beans. I am not staying with them again since they have questioned their sanitation procedures.

The first day we arrived we were going to change rooms because our reservation said that we should have continuous room, I guess there was a problem of communication that did not do the service to the room until we arrived in the night as at 10 by that We went to reclaim.

The location is convenient, close to the downtown and the main avenue. The rooms are clean and comfortable, excellent service. Some other things that they can improve is the lack of mats on the shower and there is no valet parking o the nights.

It's very nice to have a dinner in Fiesta Inn Tuxtla Gutierrez, once I sleep in the hotel and the rooms are so comfortable, the air conditional, the bathroom very clean, nice beds. The service it's excellent at the lobby, in the restaurant, very delicious breakfasts and dinners, also the drinks and the coffe too. And the location is very nice, there are so many places around it, it doesn't take to much to arrive to someplace, very well located.

Hotel very quiet and with great comfort. The pool and gym are a big plus. Ideal for work or with family.

I have to say I was expecting more from a Fiesta Inn based on the corporate standard… This hotel is all stone floors, which echo every place, all day long. What is really annoying is the THINNESS of the Walls and Floors. Why do I need to Hear a phone conversation in the next room or the room above me? The Food is good, the services is good, could be better as in STOP TRYING TO BREAK MY DOOR DOWN IF I AM A SLEEP! Seriously, sure I didn't put the card on the door, but the DEAD Bolt is Locked the Hing Lock is applied… STOP IT! The Service people are very nice, however the hotel staff could use a few more training lessons. The entire experience is WAY over priced for the area and the fact that most of the surrounding city and suburbs BURN Trash… the sky is NOT Clear and if you have allergies or asthma… only come if you are ordered by work and then use a medical excuse not to come, you'll thank me for this.
